Speaking of turnovers, over the last two years my teams are 3-42 in that category. I was 0-23 last year. No matter. I still got both ships. I think I was 42-3 in the points category. It's looking like I finally MAY win TO's this week...although Nash just had 4 in the 1st quarter. I expect all those trends will change this season. It will be tough to make the playoffs with 16 good GM's and only 6 teams invited to the dance.
ok, I simply have an awesome team- Tyrus Thomas came up huge with 21 points, 12 rebs and 3 blks. Terry scoring nice again along with some assits. Gordon providing his usual 20+ pts. Durant becoming better. Scola steadily improving. Iguodola collecting every imaginable stat. Is there anyone who lacks scoring? I have plenty of scorers and would really love to add another decent big to my squad.
Garnett happened. I need some rebounders as well. I have a lot of scorers, but I think this is the situation many of us have.
I'm in a tight battle with WEbz but its like Flip Saunders vs. Pat Riley...Webz is making savvy moves with some great timing. I've squandered too many games and we'll be virtually Pau-erless to stem that tide.
I really like my team. I think with some luck we can make the playoffs and win the entire consolation bracket. Maybe I'll even get a rare win in the turnover category now and then.
I did not even need to check the score when I saw your post. Tough start for me. Bibby it out for 8 weeks, Ray Allen just had his 1st game last night. Jackson is suspended for 5 more games. I knew it would be a tough opening week.
You actually outnumbered me in games. Magette & Horford didn't play until yesterday. Nash played Thursday, finally. I wasn't bragging. I was saying my team is pretty crappy. Most teams would be kicking my butt this week. But...I really do like my team.
