since I acquired him via trade right before he got injured just two see him dress up for a few (bad) games, only to re-injure himself and be out for 6-8 weeks... I somewhat felt like I was having some sort of prerogative :D

Knock-on-wood my guys haven't had many injuries benching any of them more than maybe a week, but I'm becoming a little concerned with 4 players now listed as "day-to-day"

Interesting series of transactions this morning:

5:53am: Ralphi drops MKG, adds Ben Gordon

6:01am: Ralphi drops Gordon, adds Chris Kaman

6:03am: Ralphi drops Kaman, adds Gordon

6:05am: Ralphi drops Gordon, adds Kaman

6:47am: Motown adds Gordon, drops Kyrie Irving

FIVE Ben Gordon transactions in less than an hour.

    I'm hoping for a Kaman-Gordon trade now.

I wish Joe could have dropped Gordon a few minutes after adding him back in 2008.

Sat here for 4 hours this afternoon and evening watching 5 games waiting for Jodie Meeks, OJ Mayo, Carlos Delfino, John Jenkins or some last minute pick up by the name of Alexey Sheved to pass the ball for two assists.........:gaah:. In other words all I needed was to win my matchup vs Winless 6-3 to get in the playoffs and instead, none of them would pass the rock. I mean my assists total was sitting at 115 to Winless 116 for for four hours......(all of the other categories were set).

Yeah Jenkins and Sheved had already secured the 3 point cat with an early three by each, and then they delivered 5 dimes, between them.......but all Delfino, Mayo and Meeks did was set themselves up for the perimeter shot and waited and waited and waited for Collison or Nash/Blake to feed them a pass.

So my season comes to an end with just a consolation and only have myself to blame.....giving up Tyreke Evans, back in late January when he missed the 13 games due to injury....and then not taking Steve Blake on Thursday night when that was my intent only to see Motown grab him after midnight on Friday......just not moving on that Blake FA pickup alone cost me 15 assists over the weekend from him and spot in the probably the 7th spot...

Good luck fellow GM's, it was a great season....

Arsenal London is killing me. First, they get LBJ for DHo, then he grabs Tyreke Evans off waivers (!!!), and now he acquired Mo Williams who will slowly but steadily round into form. Barring two severe injuries to his prime assets, there is no way of beating this team.

Tony Parker is already injured and that has affected my teams form quite heavily in the last couple of weeks. Hence picking up Mo Williams - hopefully he gives me a bit more juice in the assist column this week.

Not sure why Laimbeer dropped him - I thought it was because Shumpert has 4 games this week but now he has dropped him too!

The intersection of Chrome, Windows 8, and most likely my new touch screen means that drag and drop doesn't work for setting my lineup any more. Annoying.

So I am partially responsible for Arsenal's success as I was the fool/GM who waived Evans....at the time I had the third best record......

Nice try Dre, but I think it is my avatar that is taped to all the dartboards of all GMs in the league other than Arsenal.

I don't know who's team it is but I thought it an odd selection policy to leave Jeff Green (43pts, 7 Reb, 4 Blk) and LaMarcus Aldridge (32 Pts, 14 Reb, 3 Ast) rotting on the bench last night on day 1 of the Playoffs....

Especially with 2 rosters slots left open. It is Motown's friend....fell asleep at the wheel.
