Ok, can somebody please explain to me what exactly Linwood was thinking with this trade? Holy cow...

    Bosh (9) and S-Jax (103) for Marion (16) & Rashard Lewis (14)????

That's two studs to the first place team who would likely win it all anyhow, for one stud to the twelfth place team!!!

    Really...am I missing something here?

Well, at least I only have to face Webz UBER-TEAM for half of the week.

S-Jax has been banged up. When healthy, he is a fantasy superstud.

    Also, Marion blows.

By virtue of the fact that Bialy Breath over here thinks it's a good trade, leaves absolutely no doubt in my mind that it is a horrible trade for Linwood and the league.

Don't get me wrong, I know these two guys have integrity so there is no suspicion of collusion in my mind. However, whether Linwood was sober when he made this deal is another question entirely.

Please calm down everyone. At first glance people see Amare and go 'Wow! He was drafted number 4!!' But if you actually take the time to compare the stats it's quite an even trade.

I consider this a buy low opportunity on Amare. Look at his stats over the last month. He is in a serious funk, and there's no guarantee he breaks out of it. A month is a trend, not an anomaly.

I'm at work right now, but when I get home I'll post more info. Like Obama, I would like to be transparent so everyone can see that I'm not trying to pull a shifty on Linwood (which I don't believe I'm doing anyway). I'll even paste what I wrote to him if you like.

As a commish of other leagues, I'm aware of how uneven trades can hurt leagues, and I kind of expected this response if it went through.

At the end of the day after my explanation, if the majority still don't like the trade, please let the commish know and he and I can discuss it further. I would be willing to back out if the sentiment was strong enough against it. However, you'd also have to ask Linwood the same, as he seems to think he is getting a good deal too.

Again, I'll post more info when I get home.

so GWall seems to be pretty banged up; anybody got ideas, how long you're out with a broken rib and a collapsed lung? From what I've read, it takes about 4-6 weeks to recover, probably longer. So I wonder why some sources say it takes way shorter

I got SJax on my novice team. When he is healthy, he is cash money.

Yeah...I hate it when Orl blows out an opponent early cuz Dho spends most of the 2nd half on the bench too. Jackson played over 45 minutes.

I had the same issue in December when the Cavs were blowing out opponents and Lebron would spend the 4th quarter in the bench missing out on more triple double fantasy stats..

I'll trade you S-Jax for Rashard and A'mare.

And I'll throw in Darko so you still have a big.

I really thought I'd have a chance at winning the whole thing with Sessions now playing like Michael Redd and all of my players healthy since I lost to webz' wombats only 4-5 with 3 players out while he had all of his players.
But with Al Jefferson definetely out for the season, I'm glad if I make the playoffs. Injuries suck!
