What do you call it when a Miser meets the Pride of Motown?

    An %%% whippin'!

    Let's do this.

I look at ya roster, don't know if its fair,
You fight without passion like Sam Dalembert.
You must be from Philly, cause I'm a serve you like steak
In the words of Jerome James, dude this is cake
and I'm hungry, to see Miser, fail "miser"ably
    Hell, I'll predict it..Motown 6, Miser 3!

    Future champ baby!!!!!!!!!

    Close one!

Looks like it will go down to the wire for me and Miser. I'm still predicting a 6-3 victory. I'm expecting alot out of my new pickups this week: Singleton, Smush and Duhon.

Miser was already predicting he would be in the finals. Not a smart move when you still have to face the pride of Motown! ;)

I'm amped for the weekend BABYYYYYYY!!!!

    Awww, Sorry Mo.

But it sounds like you held your own against an expert who writes for a fantasy magazine to make a living. You'll get him next time!!!

yup i assumed that too. he's now my utility guy instead of hinrich, who hasn't impressed me with the types of stat categories i'm looking for.

i picked up antoine walker too - now i think he sucks, but he had the one 25-point, 16-rebound, 4-assist game to start the year...and 2 sucky games after that. he usually explodes every once in awhile (and will be used more w/shaq and posey out), so i figure it's worth the risk to play him today against the nets with their weak front court. and then i'm dropping him :)

i'm really worried about hughes this year. i'm loaded at point and tried to trade him + hinrich for paul pierce, but the guy wanted nash for pierce instead and...that just ain't happenin :D

Sorry I've been a little absent boys. My laptop is messed up and I'm using my neighbour's computer until it gets fixed. What to say to catch up on:

    rdang > detroit what

Can't believe I was 3 assists shy of taking over that category though. Next beat down: motown.

Everyone will fear my pick ups :eyebrows:

    There he is...lol!

    ha..ha..

hey bro, you STILL have to face me again. Next time you won't be as lucky. Charlie Brown even kicked the football once. ;) No matter, I will be the champ when its all said and done. Believe that! I got the skillz and the drive. Just make sure you make it to the playoffs. I know I will be there.

You will rue the day you mentioned beatdown and Motown in the same sentence. I feel sorry for you...you are about to feel the wrath of a man with something to prove.

I'm hoping to fly under the radar this year, just like the Pistons!

Oh crap, did I just say that outloud? :tape:

Uh, never mind, just continue about your business.... Pay no attention to Jammer Time's squad. We pose no risk to anyone. I'm just here for the free cookies.

    Interesting

Well the first week is in the books and things are looking very interesting. I see teams are making alot of moves some good and some bad. I also see alot of impatient GM's droping valuable talent. I guess one man's trash is another man's treasure.:eyebrows:

Well week 2 is in the books and I handed out and old fashion beating to the LA Drebabys squad. I sent his squad into the fetal position. Looks like the LA Drebabys will be retooling in the coming weeks so it should be interesting to see how the rematch develops. I have made a lot of moves to stengthen my team and now with TMAC back in the line up leading the way look out.

    Wow

Whoever has Camby is a lucky man. This guy is on FIRE to start the season.

    Tonight's line:

    21pts on 9-14 shooting, 3-3 FT, 21 BOARDS! (7 Off), 1 Assist, 1 Steal, 4 Blocks, 0 TO in 34 minutes.

    WOW

That lucky man is me!!! I hope it lasts. I am on pins and needles hoping he does not go down to injury. It looks like our two squads are doing very well early on.
