I will respectfully disagree. I feel the best post was when Basketbill called Roscoe "Daffy Duck".:winner_first_h4h:

If it was to be a 2 hr practice, I bet Curry would run it up to 4 hrs. And everybody is like, "did you bring us a Turkey"?

Watched AI's interview at practice today. He seemed very contrite and that's good enough for me.

It might be good that AI sat the 1st qtr tonight...for he and the team.

AI always looks depressed in his interviews. He's bordering on being LB-esque.

So in the 13 years or so that AI's been in the L he's never figured out that he should call if he's going to miss practice?

I liked the part in the article that basketbills posted where LB said that AI handled constructive criticism very well if it was done privately. That bodes well or his relationship with Joe D.

Hey Lpgrl, why sugar coat the way you really feel about AI. Just say, I hate the guys guts, just come on out and call him a thug, selfish little imp and you wish that he wasn't a piston and Joe should trade him to anyone for anybody at anytime.

Come on say it....say it...let me help you out...I HATE AI

AI was dead wrong for missing practice and Joe D and Curry handled it in a professional way. AI apologized, the Pistons accepted his apology, they went out all played hard and as a result, they won the game.

AI was fined and he didn't start the game.

Pistons players have missed their flights and have been late to practice, not the first time for any pistons player and probably won't be the last.

More focus is placed on AI, because he is who he is, AI. He still is a hall a fame player and one of the hardest working guys in professional basketball, don't get it twisted.

I don't hate AI. In fact, my feelings on AI are irrelevant. If they weren't, then your hatred for CB and love for AI wouldn't be either. I didn't make these things up. AI is who he is, and it has nothing to do with me.

I think its safe to say that its not about hate. Trades happen and most of us root for whoever is putting on the Piston uni at the present time.

Sure. I have already started feeling indifferent to Billups and it's only matter of time before hatred arises :deathstar1:

Are you serious?? Wow. I could never hate my Chauncey. I still root for him. I rooted for him Thanksgiving day against the Hornets.

Excellent point. Of course Sheed makes up for this by being good with his teammates. Tay is also within this group, he being the fellow (anointed by JD) that can drop a coherent message by actually stringing a few sentences together.

Hopefully Curry didn't schedule anything for today because who wants to work on the weekend? It's unfair.

At least I am not a fair weather Pistons fan, or paste the tail on the donkey basketball fan, or whatever team you pull out the bag, that's the one you root for.

I love CB but he was on the wrong team, AI on the other hand is a Hall of Famer, whereas, CB will never be. Yes, I also love the Pistons period, I was born into it.
