whoa! jersey number 1? weird to see that
The number on his jersey was 1.
P.S. Hasn't everyone been saying how much Dumars always wanted AI? This is a longtime wish of JD. Maybe that's why he got #1. I'd still rather he'd have gotten #3 from Stuckey.
Took Chauncey's number. I didn't see that one coming...
OMG, I cant believe that A.I. is gonna wear the #1. I cant believe Joe D. and company would do Chauncey so dirty. I for one do like the trade for many reasons however they could have shown a little more class in giving A.I. another number. Just my 2 cents.
I am glad he didn't take Stucks number. His first show of unselfishness and fitting in with his new teammates.
I hope he's not seriously wearing # 1, and i'll be in the minority here; I heard one comment i liked and then me, me, me, etc.
Iverson is "ecstatic" to be in Detroit. From an interview with Bob Wojnowski on WDFN going on right now.
AI has a great resume, with a big hole in it (no title).
Nice new avatar Roscoe
When is Chauncey news conference? I am sure he saw this one.
Just wondering how he really feels??
When Joe started to stand up with the jersey, you can hear Rasheed yell
in the background.
Guess he's hyped about this one.
I don't have a problem with it. Afterall, Stuckey took Big Ben's # right after he left.
CB is back in Detroit "taking care of business". He won't play for Denver tomorrow. Hopefully he's not hunting down AI.
Maybe he's stealing AI's luggage.
Hopefully it has nothing to do with a mortgage company.
OUCH! HEY, I wonder if he'll keep his number in Denver?
I heard he's wearing 7, he wanted 4 his old high school #, but K-mart (?) refused to give it up.
Do we have the video of the press conference yet?
Bad jammer. Bad!!!!
Maybe CB gave Joe D. permission to give it up, but it just seems like kind of a selfish statement on A.I.'s part to ask for Stuck's jersey and then take Billups' jersey number. Maybe there is more to it that we don't know... regardless, I still like the trade.
