As someone who graduated from UCF last year, frankly I don't mind it. MJ can be a huge donor to the school. Tell him to do a couple underwear commercials, and donate the cash to us. This decision was made a while back, hell months ago when we recruited him. It doesn't affect us all that much, in fact I'd say it is a positive. There is nothing but press for the school, and just six years ago when we were relying on JUCO players and no-star recruits, we get a solid recruiting class where Jordan is probably 3 of 4. Hell, look, it is even being mentioned all around the country which is just more press for us. I remember when he got recruited, and yahoo had an article with the headline, "Jordan commits...but where?!?" It was the last year of the deal, and if we have a good year and the press we are getting just from the Jordan thing alone, I'm sure we can get a more lucrative contract. Not to mention MJ on our side is a huge plus. You can't buy that kind of press/rep/pull.
