Dammit. I thought this wasn't on till later. My guide had 5-7 Inside, after that a dunk special, and 8:30 everything else which i assumed meant horse.
Yeah, same as me. I just found it by accident. But, you know, it's not like it was super-entertaining; just kind of amusing.
Durant has been my lone shining star from the adv league draft. He's helping Westbrook through his rookie season and turning OKC into a franchise with more youthful promise than any other in the league imo. Ranking 25th in team salary with the coming FA pool it's almost scary OKC is also a lottery team. That said, I still don't like Clay Bennett.
Looks like the Pistons won the shooting stars contest again. I thought for sure Phoenix would win after they hit like 4 straight shots.
At least we won something. Kinda didn't really wanna see Laimbeer in that uniform though...get that man a tee-shirt or something. cover up.
No, they actually hit 5 straight. Tough loss for them as they were in the driver's seat. Did Reggie actually shout out DEEEEEEEEEEETROIT BASKETBALL? LOL...
Laimbeer always sucks at the half court shot too, I can't remember him ever being the one to hit that one.
Yeah, that was just bad luck. Whenever Reggie's on I keep thinking someone's gonna remind him of 'the block' at least once. LOL
After further research...wow. It looks like OKC has 3 2009 1st round picks (1 each from SA & Denver) and 2 2010 1st round picks (1 from Phoenix).
I think he just ran out of dunks. He should have saved the 12ft rim dunk for last. The 3 point shooting contest was a dud this year also. They need to get more of the star players to participate. Money is not so much the issue. I think they need to make it more about bragging rights. A lot of these guy's have egos and it wll appeal to them. Maybe have 100K donated to their favorite charity in their name for the winner.
Rudy Fernandez made the best dunks. Also this year's all-star weekend isn't entertaining as previous ones. All-star game will be much more entertainig hopefully... I want carter, richardson and lebron in next year's contest
