    Amir called back to Detroit. No suprise. Will get the last 4 games, just like Darko and co. did last year. What is a suprise is an article on realgm where they rip Joe for going after aging vets (RealGM: Wiretap Archives: Pistons Recall Amir Johnson):

    He needs to resist from acquiring the same guys who were entering their fifth year in the league while he was on his way off the court. With two draft picks slated for the middle to late first round of the draft, it is important for Dumars to stock up on youthful talent. That way, he can support his aging rotation with some stars he can groom into the future of Detroit basketball. Then again, he could just take a page out of fellow Detroit sports architect, Matt Millen, and use the two picks as pawns to acquire Donyell Marshall and Juwan Howard.

    Have to wonder, with the probable losses of Webber, Davis, and maybe Dice, will Joe finally let the young guys run, or will he once again start signing some aging vets.

    BTW, predicting a starting lineup of LH, Flip, Delfino, JMax, and Amir.
    Prediction:
    JMax 18 pts, 4 boards, 3 blocks;
    Amir 22 points, 8 boards, 1 block
    Flip 22 shot attempts
    Delfino Leads the team in rebounding and assists; fouls a 3 point shooter at the buzzer
