We don't want to help anybody out there. But as we all know it, to get something you have to give up something. At the same time I think Dyess is still good for 15-20 minutes a game. I know I love to see youngsters get more minutes, but we still need veteran presense to keep it all under control. We have 96 minutes for our bigs. With Sheed taking up about 25 and Dyess with 20 it still leaves more than 50 for JMax and AJ. Obviously, minutes could be adjusted based on production and play.

Would you not agree that the Spurs are the most likely team out there to keep us from winning another title?

I don't mind helping Western Conference teams that will never make it to the Finals. Or Eastern Conference teams that we know we can still beat.

But in this case, you're taking a team that is a borderline dynasty and making them better. That is only a good move if we are rebuilding and we expect them to fade before we get back to full strength.
