A lot of us would like to see Corliss in a Pistons uniform again.

Man, Jaleel White is a total moron. Stupidly inane blogs there. He's decidedly on the Lakers bandwagon, then in the next moment he dropping lines trying to make himself look like an extremely experienced and knowledgeable fan because he was 12 when the Bad Boys "ruled the hardwood". I had to stop reading because I felt myself getting dumber.

I'll give him the rest of the MLE to give us a little more post scoring for 10 mins maximum a game.

    Why not?

See if somebody will vastly underpay us for SuperDupe and Flip Murray with draft picks...

Still, he was about one more sentence from actually calling the Pistons' victory over the Lakers because of the chip on Sheed's shoulder and the Lakers' arrogance. In hindsight, it was very prophetic.

Giving Corliss time means taking time away from J-Max and AJ. Also, Corliss is looking for a 3-year deal which Joe will not give him.

I'd play him at the 3 and just leave Sheed and Nazr as the 5's.

I'd have him Tay and Jarvis Hayes share time at the 3. Just don't play him sometimes...

Don't get me wrong... 3 years is a big HELL NO.

They draft a character guy in Oden and their team chemistry immediately improves. Good for them.

Getting rid of the Gunrunner likely had a lot to do with increasing team character as well.

Out of that list Flip S. seems the most vulnerable, no joke. If it's not him it's Rivers. If the Pistons start bad do you think he could get fired?

This is totally un-Pistons related, but it is an interesting article anyway and it answers a question that I've had for a while.

Because most of Human history has been comprised of small tribes of people sparsely populated and now we have 6 Billion people on Earth, I've been wondering whethere there are more living people than dead people. This article puts the question to rest... so to speak.

About the population growing...we are so stupid. Oil is going to run out, and we all know it. We just keep going on like nothing is going to happen though. The population keeps growing too, so the rate will only increase. People will only do something after it reaches 10.00 a gallon.

I'm more concerned with the price and availability of water.

When the price of oil gets too high, alternate fuels could begin to become financially feasible to explore. Once procurement, refinement, etc have been perfected, those might become more heavily used. The reason that environmental groups are still whining because not much is being done with alternate energy sources is because it's still way more expensive to develop than it is to find more oil. And I don't really believe we are in such dire straits with oil running out. Just call it a distrust of left-wing ideology. I see the whole motive behind spreading fear about the environment as a way to sucker us into tax programs.

Here's to the spread of nuclear power in the US - clean, safe, cheap, efficient!
