If DET spends Saturday night in ATL I expect a boon for the local strip clubs and a 15ish point loss for the Pistons.

They took the defending champs to 7, have beaten the Cavs and have a better/equal record to us. This is no longer the 2004 Pistons. As it stands today and likely in the future we will be playing them in the first round, and it will not be easy. Neither will this game. I watch ATL regularly. They are not a fluke.

So its not a curse, rather you are taking responsibility personally for all these Sunday losses. So now we found the problem at least. Well, you are going to have to do something different with your show, something to try and shake off the ill effects your show is having on our Sunday game. I am looking forward to see what you come up with.

PS, I mean the Pistons Sundays games. Nobody can undo the Lions curse of losing every Sunday.

Don't forget the podshow after the game!!1!!

    http://www.pistonsforum.com/view-podshow.html

If you haven't listened to the podshow, well you have been missing out. The best and funniest of PF.com in a format you can listen to, hosted by my brother, THE LOW.

That's a good point. Everyone will now get a good long look for comparisons between these two clubs on how movement (or lack there of) is evident throughout the 3-4-5 range.

Without Amir (one half and six fouls is OK with me), Williams is going to eat the Pistons up. Williams is 22 and Amir should be where he's at. This could be an eye opener for JD.

Horford will say to Sheed, "go ahead and attempt those threes all day, and we will own the paint and all rebounds thereof."

Josh Smith is on everyone's mind and Joe Johnson will steal us blind.

Bibby will get his ten points and his follow up will be his backups, who might be saying to themselves. "I remember these guys" (Murray and or Evans). These latter two might put up 20 points between them. Who answers off the Piston bench?

Atlanta plays 8 deep. There should be no surprises for Curry on this one. There is too much athleticism here without some youthful counterpoints, (Amir and Afflalo).

there may be some comeback later but may not as long as Bibby can shoot treys as many as he wants.

It is not just "weekend curse" It is simply current Pistons team. Better get used to it.

I'm not watching just checking the box, but i wondered who was guarding Bibby and if those 3's are wide open. You'd think whoever it was would at least be able to play him to a standstill. He's not exactly a defensive player himself.

On the bright side ?, we need to get out of the 4/5 seed box so i guess that's good. This team can't beat ATL or BOS in the PO's IMO. Better of taking the ORL/CLE route and taking our chances later.

This line-up change has absolutely killed Tay as any sort of offensive weapon. I don't think the trade-off with that + boards, etc is worth it just to accomodate the guards.
