Even on DVR delay with the ability to fast forward through commercials, free throws, and Chicago Bulls possessions, the game felt like it took 5 hours. Garbage time wasn't even interesting, because our GT players aren't much different than our starters at this point. Watching Chucky Atkins look for his own shot when we're down 35 points is pretty brutal. Also, the Bulls announcers pointed out that the biggest margin of victory in the history of the Bulls vs. Pistons was 31 points. That gave me one final reason to root for us over the last 5 minutes, but within 30 seconds I knew that even that was slipping away.
That fourth quarter was the longest in history. Seems like every time the clock stopped, there was still 8 or 9 mins to go. Dumars had the nerve to mention Chuck Daly while talking about the Pistons desperate matters.......Both Chuck and Mr. D are rolling in their graves on the Piston 0 for 2010 effort..
Lee, if you make it through that game a 2nd time in your film review, you are the biggest Piston fan in history.
