MC knows that it would be insane to detail his gameplan. So, he knows that the other team will think that it is a smoke screen. This, of course, allows him to actually go forward with the plan that he telegraphed. The only problem with this plan is that it is no better than if he hadn't said anything at all. There must be something even more ingenious than we can even imagine.
Well hopefully this game can remain somewhat competitive... for a half. Oh and happy birthday to Rodney.
Yeah hopefully. Maybe Curry and the players will make some good adjustments, who knows. What is he 23 or 24 today?
6.6 is it...... - Justin Verlander's ERA? - two thirds of Satan's ID number - Tay Prince's scoring average the last 5 playoff games - How many games Cavs would beat Pistons in a 7 game series
I can't believe my eyes, 50 points in 3 qutr ? C'mon guys, please at least show like a man to stand on your feet even if you're doomed to down. It could be one of the sad days.
Speechless.. Highlights of the game: 1. Amir's hard fouls and push of big tall fuzzy haired man 2. Max's screen on little man 3. Bench comeback in the 4th (ON A 19-3 run, yes 19-3) and Curry takes them out for Dyess and RIP
Walter Herrmann was +18 in this game. Rip Hamilton was -30 in this game. Perhaps we need more Walter and less Rip.
Oh that was painful to watch and is there any hope that Curry will be fired before he lands in Detroit? I'll give it to Michael Curry he manages to save his most horrendous coaching decisions for the playoffs. Why is Tayshaun and Sheed even playing right now? It's obvious to me they are not even close to 100% and they are hurting the team. Start Maxiell and Afflalo in their places and I guarantee Cleveland will not be waxing the Pistons. The only silver lining in this hot mess of the post-season is that the 2nd unit has some hope for the future. I love Will Bynum's game and he's a keeper in my mind. Does he need to improve some facets of his game, you bet but at least he plays with passion. Amir, Max and Afflalo all played with their hearts for the first 6 minutes of the 4th quarter and they were making it respectable. So what does Curry do? Bring back some of the starters and let Cleveland run the score up even more so that's a way to reward all the hard work of the 2nd unit -- only NOT! I just can't wait for the post-season to end and hopefully some major changes are afoot. I hate Cleveland but I'll give them their props because they are playing team basketball.
And Amir +13 (but he has no effect on wins and losses. He comes in before the end of the half and we close the gap until he is taken out because of a hard foul (which we have begging for). The bench starts the fourth and we close the gap until he is taken out. Common denominator; A M I R
They worked their asses off to get back to 7 so yeah I think the subs were warranted. The thing was when they were down 7 they let Lebron isolate and drive to the bucket and get fouled, wouldn't you want to consolidate right there by sending the double team at Lebron again to get it out of his hands??? Oh well at least they showed some sort of fight, as for the first 3 qtrs.
