I will never understand the fascination with March Madness.

I don't understand why the women have a shorter shot clock than the men.

The Pistons have a lot of guys that were great college players.

    Take Tayshaun Prince for instance...

Do they really? I find myself missing half the play because I'm looking around for the shot clock. It feels like an eternity before it pops up.

Also, do they get 10 seconds to get the ball over the time line? That 2 seconds makes a big difference. That is probably one of the NBA's better rule changes.

There was some speculation on local sports radio of Sheed coming off the bench. We will see. Nice to have the full complement of players back.

WHAT?!?! How can they do this to Rasheed?!?! He is an NBA champion and ACC all time leader in FG%. He is the all time leader in technical fouls. I know he left Horry open in the '05 Finals but that was the coaches fault for putting him on Horry and SA's fault for calling the play.

Rasheed Wallace should be a sub for Pistons | detnews.com | The Detroit News

The real reason for this move:

    :puke:

An all-star coming off the bench? This will be the second time in AI's life he's ever seen that happen (the first time being when Rip did it to accomodate AI earlier this season).

Despite the reasoning, I still like the move. It will spread the floor for Will Bynum. Just use Sheed as a decoy and as someone to work the refs over.

Cleveland has not won a season series against the Pistons since the 1998 season... 11 years!

We're locks to win tonight. :ninja:

DeShawn Stevenson would be option number one.

From 2 minutes into the 3rd quarter until the final buzzer, I fully expect MC to roll with a lineup of:
    Chuck
    Rip
    Tay
    Dyess
    Homeless Harry

Sheed/Dyess will each get 38+ min tonight.

This game could be BRUTAL for the League Passers if we get the CLE broadcast. I think I'd prefer Tommy Heinsohn.

I would watch the Cavs play if it weren't for these guys. Every basket they score or play they make goes like this.

Fred McCloud: Ohhhhhh God, Delonte West with a lay-up. Woooooo, his man fell down and he scored. DO YOU BELIEVE IN MIRACLES?

Other Guy: THE D TRAIN WITH A LAY-UP! HIS MAN FELL DOWN AND D-13 HIT A LAY-UP! A LAY-UP!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, HE HAD TO BE A FOOT AND A HALF FROM THE BASKET. THERE IS A GOD!!!!!!!!!

Roscoe, I posted this in the wrong thread earlier (AI will do whatever). I tried deleting it but am not sure if it took. Can you do that if it didn't? Thanks/Sorry

I am thinkin we hit a 105 posts before tip off.

Did I fuel some of these posts because I actually like Lebron or because I said I Ok with the Cavs winning it all this year???

Either way, if LeBron was dressed in a Piston uniform wearing #23. some of you would be giving "constructive" criticism of his game instead of negative :bow1:

Both FS Detroit and the FS OH will be broadcasting the game and one will feed it to NBA-TV....so the question is which feed will NBA TV pickup? Over zealous Trader McCloud or "Count that baby" Blaha

Either way be prepared to be shortchanged by NBA -TV as they either go to the studio or comeback late from a commercial...:ohwell:

As far as this game goes, am I really out of it thinking we have slim chance only of winning this game? OMG, I would LOVE it! LeBron is my least favorite player of course due to all the hype. I don't even want to see LeBron and the Cavs win a title! Can you imagine how sickening all the "coronation" proceedings would be?

I'm looking forward to the game. Want to see how AI does off the bench of course. And how Sheed looks. Bascially our injured guys, want to see them looking ready to be out there and not rushing it. Plus I'm really into the Kwame Watch.

TaShawn, I got PM for you but your mailbox is full. Can you delete a few received message so I can send you one please? I would really appreciate it.
