I rarely get them either. My order of preference if the Pistons are eliminated would be Orlando, Clev, Boston.
I feel like i've missed so much in this thread. I get PM's sometimes. Max i remember getting one from you when you were bored LOL. I think i like the whole betting/bracket thing for March Madness b/c i'm a gambling addict. The shot clock thing drives me nuts as well. I feel like i can fall asleep waiting for the players to actually do something each possession, and the FT 1 and 1 things annoys me too for some odd reason. Sheed coming off the bench would be a bad idea. We need his defense in the SL and i love the way Rip/Sheed play off eachother. It opens up Rip more and that set shot he passes to for Sheed is IMO are most effective play. Also Sheed's 3 point shooting is a major plus and i don't know how much lack of help defense between Dice/KB i can take. I wouldn't mind him playing extensively with Amir off the bench but i'm not holding my breath for that and that could happen in the SL as well. Is this confirmed and happening? edited to add; longest game thread ever; maybe in prep for the lack of comments after a likely massacre of a game ? LOL
Blaha and Special K are very impartial for team broadcasters from my vantage point. If a CLE fan gets stuck with that feed they won't be contemplating gouging their eyes out like I will be. Do you think they're coming back late or blacking out local advertising? Sometime this year the LP did away with the local half time show. I don't know if this was to promote NBA TV etc. I am also getting box score scrolls that I think are in place of local ads that I haven't always gotten.
I wonder if LeBron will have a new pre-game extravaganza for the game tonight? I would definitely want CLE to win over BOS. How much more can they hype LeBron than he already is? Are they going to announce if he went 1 or 2 when he steps out of the bathroom stall?
I will watch the game on mute if they decide to put the Cleveland broadcast on. The only announcers that rival their awfulness are Tommy Heinsohn and the Phoenix guys.
Wow lets hope we don't have to find out.... I think I would love for the Cavs to get to the finals and have them get swept again more then them losing in the ecf or earlier...

I agree with you about LeBron's look at me attitude, but I do like they way he plays. If I had to pick one team to win outside of DET I would take SA. I can't decide between LA and CLE. You could torture me with the CLE broadcasters calling a Cavs Finals win though.

Everything i say tends to be laced with some amount of sarcasm. I also don't have very high expectations of people unless someone gives me a reason to (i.e. the Pistons). I'm young and jaded. LOL

I'm too exhausted and pissed to comment in detail right now about this game. I'll just say IMO coaching loss. Indy beat CHI so we didn't lose any ground, but damn was that a frustrating game. No consistency is established on rotations or roles, and the season is almost over. edited to add; This game re enforced that the Cavs will not beat BOS IMO which makes me feel slightly better.
