Ol' Ernie is down one remote control after tonight's game.

Rip Jordan showed up tonight taking everything off the dribble. 5tuckey missed about 105 lay-ups. AI was the best Piston guard and should have been out there in the end.

Curry coaches himself into these spots though. It was obvious after a half that AI was playing best. He waited until the start of the 4th to put him in which means he has a guy who hasn't played (by his own choice) having to play the whole quarter.

Herrrrman adds LeBron to his hit list. He played him tough.

Sheed was amped in this game to me. He was at the refs before he got into the game. CLE has LeBron and Mike Brown in the refs ear the whole game, DET has?

Considering where this team has been this game was pretty good. If Rip Hamilton showed up like the one that played in BOS they would have won this handily.

If you didn't watch this game you'll be surprised to learn that Tay played tentatively and scared versus LeBron. His alligator armed 3 at the end of the half was exhibit ZZZ of this.

I know Sheed gets a game off for the tech, but do you think he'll get additional games for fouling LeBron's elbow with his face?

I think his performance level is directly related to the freshness of Arnie's frozen treats.

He has to sit closer to them. I fear for the state of Ohio who are exposed to that regularly.

Why do you think Sheed checked out mentally? I thought he played hard.

Yea that was a horrible call on Prince..I could understand that tech except for the fact that he's suspended 1 game like you mentioned. I guess it can be another game for him to rest his calf.

The ghost of Larry Brown? DET fan in third row? Arnie Kander?

I don't think we can expect Curry to learn the art of "working the refs". His vocabulary seems to be limited to "we bad", "they good". Chauncey was the one who used to do most of the "civilized" talking to them last year.

I can't stand games we should have won. I'd rather just suck and lose or be great and win.

It's weird. You'd think LBJ could crab dribble around him at will. I hope Lee breaks it all down for us soon.

I wish you people would stop using the waffle suit pics to bag on Curry. Give the guy some credit for trying to use feng shui to organize his thoughts.

This wasn't bad really. If the team had a legitimate three point shooter, the Pistons win this game. This was evident with the starting team in the first and third quarters. Even though we were up early, we should have had a much larger lead. They sagged, pack the lane and are fairly quick to jump out on the shooters. Tay's release is too slow and Le Bron is there.

The other problem was in the 4th. The team has great guards but no true point guard and none of the 4 are real three ball shooters either. We lost the ball down the stretch--can't win doing that. The Pistons made 29 points in the second half!

But a lot of the pieces were put in motion and the team will be a handful if Sheed can get healthy.

    Dyss needs to rest.

No, I am not on the Hermann bandwagon. Yes, he held Le Bron by some wierd outer space event. I think he feigned movement at him and maybe that threw him off. Tay is often too frozen. But Hermann is there to score points and he didn't score.

Nah. Despite a good game his footwork was erratic and his team defense rotations were out of whack. Not to mention the adverse effect. He has on guys like Max and Am... Agh you get the picture, LOL

seems like team needed full metal jacket form Sheed desperately but coming from injury isn't easy.

My hope is that this team can get to shape on time. :drillsergeant::bump::playball:
