At Houston Rockets March 18th, 9:30 PM TV - ESPN Radio WDFN 1130 The Pistons conclude the "Texas two Step" back to back in Houston to face the Rockets. Without T-Mac the Rockets seem to be a better team. Battier, Artest and the Rocket bench are playing well. Every game is important in the tight playoff race in the west. The Pistons will have to play a perfect game to come out on top.
I saw advertisement this morning saying "tune into our second game where Rockets host Alan Iverson and the Pistons???" Whose team is this? The last time anyone saw AI was in the da club in the ATL. The Mavs announcers advised that he was headed back to Georgetown to have his back checked again and was hoping to get back to practice with the Pistons this weekend.... If Rip is out again, lets hope that our scrubs learn something and pickup where they left off, except play better D....
What do you have against Allen enjoying a little music? I bet Carl Landry can still muscle his way to the basket against Amir.
Landry is out for a couple of weeks: Carl Landry of Houston Rockets shot in leg, treated, released - ESPN
I have had to make some lifestyle changes to accommodate the Pistons and my work. Noon is the new 7:00 AM.
Pistons are making changes, too. AI is the new Billups. Afflalo is the new Rip. Sharpe is the new Dupree. Bynum is the new AI. Curry is the new Flip. Maxiel is the new Rasheed. Herrmann is the new Herrmann.
Could be. I want to see Kwame block him and give him one of these... Anybody notice Kwame's bad ass on court persona lately? Hard fouls, no apologies, no smiles. I like it.
Pistons win by 100!! Artest has -17 points Kwame drops 41 on Yao Rick Adelman cries Tayshaun dunks on someone ::runs screaming through thread::
The Wade-less Heat and the KG-less Celtics are in OT, so no ESPN coverage of the Pistons game for a few more minutes.
Stuckey already 1-6 in the first quarter... man he is terrible. If this is our "future" then it is a very bleak future indeed.
