This might be unpopular to say, but I think Stuckey has a relatively limited offensive repertoire and some bad habits, that after his initial mega burst, people have got the film on and figured him out.

I've noticed his ballhandling is way down, he's become really sloppy dribbling, even unguarded, there was a sequence up the floor last night where the ball dribbled away from him, and he had to fight to get back to it.

Come to think of it, maybe it's a concentration issue.

People are drawing a couple charges a game on him right now. I forget who said it, but Stuckey is fully capable of charging with either shoulder.

I think we forget how there are pros breaking down people's games, and the slightest tell or tick, can be turned against you. Right now, Rod seems to be pressing.

But bottom line, the whole team isn't having fun out there, which doesn't raise anyone's game.

    That was my gem!

DET's starting back court combined for 2 assists and 4 turnovers last night in 57 minutes. They got to get these guys the ball.........

The league adapts to every newcomer. How much analysis has MC done with Stuck to counter the counters?

Watching them is a completely different story. Unfortunately, I've watched the Raptors alot; why i couldn't tell you. Stats don't ever tell the whole story. If you looked at Ben Wallace's, you'd say he sucks. Jamario Moon was so useless before he got traded, Chris Bosh was calling him out in the media saying he needs to "bring it'. And how could we forget Tay destroying him ? I don't think it was that long ago.

Unless you looked at Roland rating and +/-, which would tell you that he's Cleveland's 3rd/4th most valuable player.

Moon comes out 1st in +/- and 2nd behind Bosh in Roland rating.

On the other hand, Prince is 1st in Roland rating on Det (and middle of the pack +/- due to his time at the PF position with the doomed SB lineups).

    They all good.

Are we spending so much time trying to figure out the plays we need to score with that there is no time left for "shooting" practice.

It feels like we must be working hard at practice on offensive and defensive sets and there is no time to learn to shoot a lay up and jumpers. We shoot terrible even when open.

I think it should be the players resonsiblity to get their shooting done before or after practice..all they have to do is grab a coach and get it done..but I have a feeling some of these players probably could care less right now and just go home/to the hotel right after practice.

When the president began his address last night I switched from the game and it was tied 60-60. Although I monitored the score on Yahoo and the comments in chat, it was 75-65 by the time I switched back as the Pistons had missed about 10 of their next 11 shots....I guess they were to busy wondering if there was any bailout for them....:sssh: Talk about a team in need of a stimulus...

Note: this is an economic comment, not political:stirthepot:

Congratulation's Rasheed Wallace, who has now scored over 15,000 points in his career.
