Pre-Season. At Miami Oct 5 6:30PM Local tv: none Time to kick off another year of Pistons Basketball this Sunday. Seems like the season ended just last month yet here we are. Pistons are back with a new coach and a new attitude. I don't see tv info posted yet on this so we will have to watch for it. edit - looks like it is not going to be shown locally.
I'm right with you!! I've been trying to find out what channel this game is going to come on for weeks now. Hopefully it will come on FSN or channel 7 in my hometown!
Ugh... I have a birthday party to go to. I'm gunna see if I can find a way to watch this, provided it is on TV. Otherwise, it's WDFN for me!
SETTLE DOWN NOW ! - In a way it does seem soon for our first Piston action. But some of us more hearty fans toughed out a gruesome awful Tiger season to get here. Not to mention 3 weeks, soon to be 16 weeks of gruesome horrible Lion football. - So Piston fan you can see how some P/O quality DETROIT BASKETBALL is just the relief and good fortune these hearty fans need.
Sometimes stations add it at the last minute so we will see. Its not going to be on FSN though as they are carrying the Red Wings.
Let's just make sure we update the the thread title when we get confirmation. I find the forum more reliable then my cable guide when it comes to sports.
I am also married. And besides, not sure many people here in northern California will be watching Pistons.
LOL true but he has a point alot of people don't watch Pistons games in LA. They still got a sour taste in their mouths about us and they feel their too glamorous for a blue collar team like us
I'm not exactly in LA, but close enough. Besides, we have a 3-year old and my wife prefers anyway that I record the games and watch them after he goes to bad, so that he doesn't watch hours of television.
It is perfectly ok to ask the barkeeper to turn the channel for you. Generally, sportsbars have several tv's and no one minds you getting to watch what you want - as they know then they got a new customer.
I wish it felt like that for me. Eventhough I know that the preseason is about to start, I'm still going crazy from not watching them play.
Finally we get some Pistons basketball back. Also, Curry just announced Amir will start this game. It'll be interesting to see how he does. Curry names starting five - Detroit Pistons Basketball: News, Blogs, Photos, Audio, Schedule & Stats - MLive.com
