Its his fourth year, and Amir still looks like a boy among men. Yeah yeah, its preseason, i know, but he doesn't appear to have much of a presence out there. Kwame is sadly just going to take space; he adds nothing folks. Stuckey needs to evolve into a starter this year. I think he's ready; our baby is now a grown man!

Listening to bball on the radio blows. I ended up sleeping through the action because of the hypnotizing drone of the announcers and waking up during every commercial break b/c of the annoying volume increase. The hangover didn't help.

Sheed grading the team tonight huh....well then it was his outlier of poor production that brought down the grade. How about that Walter Herrmann fella, may turn out to be the key off season decision. It also seems as if Maxiel is not going to just give Amir the starting PF spot. With our depth and vesatility at each position, if Curry holds true to his word, then we are in for a treat this season, nobody's spot is safe.
I don't what we can take out of the 1st pre-season besides seeing how some of the players did. Good job expanding the rotation by Curry and seeing how some of the players do. Amazing game by Stucky. Afflalo, Prince and Dyess took the coaches que on crashing the boards this year. Rip had a decent game. Rest of the starters looked like they were not ready to play based on the box. 5 fouls for Amir in 18 mins - who saw that comming? CB lead the 24 To's with 6 himself. Looks like Maxiel and Herman had good games off the bench. Next game will be on tv.

You do of course remember when Michael Curry was the "Intangibles" guy....right? Many of the best coaches are the guys who were not the greatest players. It takes a lot of bball IQ to hang in the league when you are not the most talented out there.
This should have members of the forum that have their love goggles off and their kool-aid cups set to the side concerned. Dennis Rodman most definitely had games where his statistics showed his impact. So did Ben Wallace. This is a ready made excuse, fabricated by the organization and force fed to the fans before the season has even started. Whats next? The measure of how good this team is will never be shown in the win-loss column. The measure of how great this team is will never be shown in championships earned. The measure of how good our players are will never be shown in trivial things like wins....or statistics. Don't you folks wish you could pull that at your respective places of employment? Start listing them cousin. I bet the majority of them put up better numbers than binary man. The ones that didn't sure as heck didn't fake their way into the starting lineup over better players on the back of misdirection and lies like the current coach has.
