lil typo there, r36, not Sampson but Samson . At first I thought headline was "Simpson" : is MC called to Homer Simpson, hmm? Typos may be very misleading.
Thanks Rax. I knew there was a reason I was keeping you around here. ;) :D I've been doing that a lot the last two years. I right the wrong words, or misspell words I normally have no problems with. I think my brain is burnt.
I think the problem would be solved if you would just stop hitting the bottle so darned early in the day. But that's just my opinion. But here is my question (btw...nice piece on Walter H., Walter...or nice peace as Roscoe would say). Anyhow, on Walter H... Do you guys remember two years ago at the end of the year he was putting up SICK numbers offensively for Golden State...or whatever team he was on? I mean SICK! What happened? He was great for my fantasy squad. Now, I fully understand that a guy who can't play defense doesn't hurt you in the fantasy world (and I know people here complain about his defense all the time), but what exactly happened to the offense with this guy???
Haven't had a drop in ages. Drinking is fine recreation, something that has been in short supply around here lately. :( Touches and minutes IMO. Check his 36 minute stats. Walter Herrmann Statistics - Basketball-Reference.com The big difference is the number of free throws he takes, and his FG%. But I think some of that has to be a side effect of playing off the bench. He was really good over those 12 starts in CHA. I don't think he'll ever be great, but for the love of pete, it was about time Curry played him, because I think the guy can be a real asset in certain situations, and is a fantastic compliment to a bench that lacks any scoring skill at the forward positions.
I agree. People mock him (not that it bothers me), but I remembered him being pretty darned good and given what we have...Yeah...he can help!
WalterH is underrated. He is not lazy. His game is outside because of the stigma of his good outside shot. Move him closer and he gets about 10 FT a game. He is no worst a defender that half of the players in the league. He is an excellent bench player that doesn't complain and gives everything out there...just like Sheed.

This must be the very first time that the words "petroleum jelly" and "Mark Twain" have been used in the same sentence.:D
