My sis and I are driving up from Bremerton (across from Seattle) to see the game! I bought tickets a little while ago in my fav spots. The section closest to the Pistons' bench of course! I really hope Sheed plays, because he is my sister's favorite NBA player. But she is very laid back about it. She says "Oh well, if he can't play we can look at him in his suit jacket all night." She's got it real bad for Sheed. On and on she goes on about his smile, his laugh, his tattoos. She's a grown married woman, go figure! Anyway it's good for me because she always wants to go to the Pistons game (even if our Sonics are gone now) and she always is willing to get a decent priced ticket to be closer to him. So I promote her fan crush mercilessly. I'm psyched to see the game. There is nothing nothing nothing like seeing these games live with a solidly fanatical home crowd. I got the basketball jones so bad right now I'm considering moving to an NBA city so that I can get season tickets (way high up there, I'm sure). Anyway I'll be wearing my red 3 Ben jersey because my AI jersey didn't show up in time. My sis will be wearing a surprise present red 36 Sheed jersey. We both have long dark hair and we are in the corner section near the Pistons bench about 1/3 the way up that section. Just in case you are scanning the crowd. If I could think of a cool sign I'd make one. Go Pistons!!!! Can't wait to see everyone in action live again!!!!
Latest is both Rip/Sheed are out. LMA always gets juiced to play Sheed so maybe he'll calm down or Kwame can try to scare him in some way or another. He is fairly soft.
Well lets just hope that this is another instance of McCosky being wrong again. Without Sheed we won't have much of a chance.
I will look for you Kimmie..have fun!!! ..Hopefully the camera pans over there.. I sat behind the basket at the game this past Sunday, but no one probably saw or paid attention to me because I only had on a blue polo shirt with a little Pistons logo on it.
