If they start Dyess and Ratliff again, I predict that we can keep it close until crunch time. But we really are due for a win. Rip is getting his shot back. Villanueva looked decent last night. Stuck figured out at the end that he can't go passive with our core back. Tay is looking more like himself. We are a better team than our recent record indicates and San Antonio has looked flat at times this year. Odds of a victory = 25%.

Prince - 37 minutes Hamilton - 36 minutes Jerebko and Daye - 6 minutes combined I feared this would happen.
We lose by 20, but believe it or not this game was tied at 77 with one minute into the 4th qtr. Then the Pistons quit and the Spurs defense stepped up their game. The debacle in the 4th occurred with Prince, Gordon, Wilcox, Atkins and Villanueva on the floor playing against the Spurs second unit. Stuckey hurt his knee in the 3rd..... Meaningless stats Spurs shot 58% from the floor and outscored Pistons 35-17 in the 4th qtr. Tay plays the point for most of the game and leads the team in assists with 6 and minutes with 36. Pistons had only 2 shots blocked in the game, and it happen to the usual suspects, Stuckey and JJ. Speaking of JJ, 2 mins of garbage time for him tonight.. his replacement Max was 1-5 shooting for 5 pts and 7 boards. Daye almost 4 mins...guess the rookie experiment is over now and coach Q is officially Flip mode. Oh yeah in the key stat department ~16 assists for the Pistons and they miss 11 FT's and hit 2-13 from beyond the arc. (Spurs 8-14)

Yes, it was just bad all around. Not only are we losing but the young guys are not playing either. I take no emotional victory from this. When the Pistons were good they would ofter pull away in the 4th Q against the bad teams.
Jerebko's skyhook officially sucks. He's about 2 for 20 on the season and unbelievably finds a way to get blocked. This shot should not be blockable... that is what makes it a viable shot. Look at the separation Kareem and Sheed get- maybe 3.5-4' worth. (this is the one that Delfino sends into the 10th row)
