Game has started. No posts in this thread yet. Where is the love for DDDDEEEETTTTTRRRROOOOIIIIITTTTTT BBBBASSSSKKKKEEEETTTTBBBBBAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL??? This is a meaningful game for the Hawks. They are fighting for home-court advantage. In theory, Atlanta should win easily.
Question: Has a team ever been up by 50 points one night and down by 50 points on the very next night? Pistons are down 72-42 at halftime. Teams like Boston and Orlando that are fighting Atlanta for the last playoff spot cannot be happy about Detroit's tank job tonight.
Macklin 8 points 9 rebounds in 22 minutes. Come on, Put MAcklin as a starter for the last games.. please!
Huh, good game to miss. No Tay? Daye stunk up the joint as usual I see - also looks like it was a CV, BG, Daye chuck fest - 5/11 (decent), 3/11 (bad), 1/11 (turrible). Did Walker play in non-garbage time? What happened to Stuck? His stat line almost looks like the game in Toronto from before the all-star break.
This game was a blowout from the opening tip. The only highlight was Macklin. Career highs in basically everything.
They should call the Monroe, Daye and Villanueva front line The Nice Boys for all the layups they allow when they're out there together. T-Mac is some talent. He can do it all.
Yea, you have to know when to hold them, know when to fold them, know when to walk the ball up the floor, know when to run and gun.
I like how the Pistons sit guys out in games they probably would have lost anyway. All hands will be on deck tonight.
