why bother? One guy that doesn't play for the pistons had a better game than another guy that doesn;t play for the pistons. Its like endless games of tic tac toe.

The bulls are winning. Ben's numbers are a little down but the bottom line is still there.

I don't usually make a point of checking except when the Pistons lose. His stats and the Bull's losing use to make me feel better LOL. So much for that now . . .

Maybe because going at bballjay over his anti-Ben "ism" is about the closest I get to lashing back at a media that has villanized one of the greatest Pistons of all-time for the past couple of months. I can't help but root for Ben based on how much he has meant to this organization and the city of Detroit.

    15 pts, 20 boards, 5 blocks, 2 steals, Bulls record 12-10.

This is why its good for the local media to keep shut as tempting as the Bulls/Ben's slow start was. Now with the Malcontent bit and media guys going off on what they could not say about Ben until now. Just makes us look bush league and I would not be surprised if it also helped motivate them.

looks like Ben's becoming his old self again- he has racked up 25 boards (9 offensive, 16 defensive) along with 10 points, 5 assits, 3 steals and 3 blocks. Now that's a performance.

I'm happy for him. I still think it was a huge mistake to let him go.

That line is obscene! How could Scott Skiles possibly play that old geezer for 48 minutes?

The most impressive stat is that he didn't miss a single FT all game!

Seriously though, 27 boards. Man, that's almost Darko #s right there.

So he didn't sit for 1 second and he only had 1 foul at the end of this game? This has got to be the greatest statistical performance of his career. I only watched the first 15 minutes and he had 10 boards by that point, and I couldn't wait to see how it turned out... had to go see the James Bond movie though, not bad, but I digress. And Bogut only scored 4 points!? You have got to be joking.

Ben made it really easy to calculate his +/- tonight.

To have 27 boards when the opponents are shooting more than 45% for the night. Not many people can do that in the NBA now.

More satisfying than having a triple double.

So Linwood, I'm guessing you don't want to trade Ben? :) BTW, I didn't give you a compelling reason to trade Ben because I couldn't come up with one. ;)

27 boards is the star at the top of the Xmas tree. 6 assists and 3 blocks goes to show you just how valuable a guy like Wallace can be.
