    No doubt that Izzo outcoached Pitino today. Sparty played a near perfect game, used the clock, made smart fouls, and generally kept their composure no matter what the Cardinals threw at them. I wish I could attend the game in Detroit. But, alas I will have to watch it with my UConn friend here in Seattle.

    I didn't like what I saw from Hoyer this year, and please don't compare anyone from State to Michigan's Tom Brady.

    No one can be like Tom Brady.

    I expect him to be cut...more likely a training camp body.

    Kevin O'Connell was chosen in the third round last year by Bill. He would be the one succeeding Tom Brady, unless Tom turns into Brett Favre-like with retirement.
