In the newspaper Darko said the foreign crowds used to threaten him with "baseball sticks" ...you have to figure the guy is tough enough to handle Larry Brown, ridiculously high expectations, Jeering crowds, unintentional traffic violations, being forced to paint blond hair on his bobbleheads, endless media scrutiny and the like...I mean once you've faced baseball sticks you should be ready for anything.

Hey this is the nice guy forum. Young Milicic sure is starting to look solid out there. I see a big contract on the horizon.

Why does he seem to make sence to me.
It's a minor injury and he wants to play his best. But he's frustrated. By the timing of it all.

If the Pistons hold true to form in Orlando they should sweep this series. As we all know the Pistons were a better road team than home team this year, so I am looking forward to a sweep, so the the "guys on the bench" can get in some golf. But lets not judge their gold game to harshly as they are only "casual internet golfers". LOL

Re: orlando vs pistons game photos

Thanks Jay. Looks like you had a pretty nice seat for the game. I flipped through them all and one thing that really stood out is how tiny Jameer looks when he's trying to guard Chauncey. Plus all of those empty seats. What's up with that?

the games started at 7:00pm. saturday it was very full but monday the crowd was late arriving. it's hard to get off work feed the kids and get to the palace by 7:00 i guess. i really can't explain it. maybe it's when i take my pictures close to half time and at the end of the game when people are trying to beat the traffic.

The magic wont climb the mountain but they will get game 3 because of the piston game 3 curse because the pistons will have an offnight and let one slip as a result of a loss of focus

That is some of the most disgraceful fan behavior I have ever heard of. I am filled with shame to be associated with such people. Imagine sports fans twisted enough to call a coach "Bob." Simply disgusting.

No, I think it was "Bobbit"...Not "Bob".

Was Linwood at that game? He's been known to cause trouble with his heckling before. In truth, he was the main instigator in the Malice at the Palace incident. Mean underhanded guy, that Linwood.

Yeah there's at least a few of us who like to go behind enemy lines and subvert the locals.

I knew someone over there at the Slantenel would crack eventually. They were being way too nice, actually complimenting their opponent and stuff.

Have a better record than 40-42 and you may have a chance of getting out of the 1st round. Simple logic. Get a better team and you will be able to compete better.
