At least AI wearing #1 is no longer a problem. Hopefully they will do the right thing and keep that number on ice.

So with the news that Manu is out for the season/playoffs, the Nuggets actually have a great chance at making the WCF. IIRC HOU is #4/5 and that's the only team they need to avoid IMO. Sad irony.

    Sounds fairly innocent, PP32.

Nuggs/Pistons Finals? We need to slip into the 7th spot and either knock out the Magic or the Celtics (with KG hurtin). Then, we hope Lebron fails his steroid test and we get back into the Finals. Then, we hope that CB cracks under pressure and Stuckey saves the day.

Stranger things have happened... I think. Could use a few examples though.

    ...man.

It pains me to say this TaS, but I'm prolly gonna have to "pay-up" on our little Avatar Bet. It's looking like the Nuggs are gonna finish with HCA in the 1st round for sure (barring a total collapse).

...feel free to PM me a Bernie Madoff avatar or whatever you choose once Denver clinches HCA in the 1st round. I'll take my medicine like a man.

OK, I'll start looking around. I'm actually surprised they pulled it out as well. Brilliant trade for Denver.

    No need to get fancy.

I'll just go with CB at his peak with all his hardware. BallsDon'tLie.

Lakers beat Nuggs soundly last nite, 116-102. Biggest reason 46 FTs to 29.

I am going to be pulling for the Nuggets out West. Know they are a long shot.

I don't know if the Jazz are so hot. Just because they play us so well does not mean anything for that series.

I have no reason to root against CB's team.

I meant the Nuggets will win that series. The Jazz are a mess esp on the road.

Yup, but my rooting stops at the WCF (if they get there) LOL

They are the 2nd seed so its something that may happen. For me I would never root for an x-piston just to stick it to the team. Thing is CB did nothing wrong - he did not ask to be traded. So I don't know if its fair to hope he fails either.

The Nuggets have worked hard all year and if they deserve it then they deserve it.

If Chaunc comes up against the Pistons, I hope he goes down hard.
I can't wait for him to do the Kobes'. The league will need to step in to stop him.
    Time for "Hook and Book".

If Chaunce comes up against the Pistons, then I will be Michael Curry's biggest supporter, cause that would be some major overachieving on his part.
