    Good move to send Samb to Fort Wayne. Better than sitting on the bench. I hope hotel beds can be found to fit his dimensions. I don't want him to incur a Charley Horse while spinning in the lane and going to the hoop for a reverse, alley-oop jam.

    A good game with 12pts 11rbs and 6blks. Of course, there are also 6 fouls and 3 to, but all in all a good start.

    That's not bad. The points down there don't mean anything, since it's a free-for-all to see who can pump up their stats the most. But the rebounds and blocks look nice.


    I would expect 15, 15, and 5 per game from him once he gets comfy.

    Its nice to see that he isn't afraid to shoot.

    I would like to see him take 15 plus shots a night. That aggressiveness on offense coming from one of our bigs would be very nice.

    The only thing is that it would be nice for him to get more shots close in. He was 6-13 from the field with most of his makes being near the hoop on hook shots and dunks.

    You can't get shots closer in then dunks. LOL

    Cap made his career off of hook shots.

    Dunks, hook shots and short to medium range jumper are all a big man really needs in his offensive arsenal.

    I thought his jaw was broken or was it just his teeth?

    I would think that it would a little early for him to be practicing if his jaw was indeed broken.

    That's the only logical thing I could think of. Also, practicing doesn't necessarily mean being on the court. There could be film studies, strategy sessions, etc. I'm just trying to figure out why he was brought up now.

    I guessing that he just needs recovery time, and so we're gonna make him absorb some more Piston culture vs. spend time in BFE.
