Pistons sell for $395M, Gores gets good deal. Used Ms. Davidson it would seem.
Has he already made $100M ?
    Bucks sell for ~$500M, that's what I heard !
Clippers to sell for ~$2B !
Am I missing something here ? Location location location, not.
They share a house with the Lakers, well ok ?
They stank for 20 yr ! They [Stern] forced CP3 to play for Clippers !! Forsight ?

yall just gonna sit there and let this go down ?

Oh, how the mighty have fallen... into a $2 billion mega-hyped sale. Jeez, the world sure showed Donald Sterling, didn't they?

Once the sale is approved, most of the successful franchises in the league will go up at least a half a $bill. Although the Lakers suffered a down year, their value already increased over $2.5 billion....just for being in the same neighborhood and for obvious reasons.

The ethereal ambience of no bottom or ceiling accords the avarice and egregious
laundering of values unbridled via government yet private deities comfort.
Sin coddled justice agreements guarded by minute intricacies waylaying
the majority rule and flaunted indecent in the subculture of American constitution.
So innocent yet so powerful let it be done. But let the whistle blowers write it !

I heard the stories about Sterling and his wife about property lawsuits while Stern was in office. Yet no penalties from the NBA. Because they mostly
settled out of court. But Sterling did lose 1 $250M case.[with no admittance to guilt]
Stern saw the writing on the wall.

Aparently, in a forced sale, the seller has a two year window to reinvest the proceeds and not pay capital gains tax (like a 1031 exchange). So it will be interesting to see if shelly making the decision to sell counts. She may have been much better off letting the nba force it. Or they might make the argument that it was forced anyway. Could be a $500M+ issue.
