I've been around, just not productive. Kinda like the Pistons in the ECF.

The reason that I don't post more is that almost no one ever replies to my posts, and almost no one replies in the thread again. I've pretty much become the thread-killer. Probably because I get involved too late. My timing must just be off. Kinda like the Pistons in the ECF.

Did you like my line-up? I love it.

    PG-Calderon/ Stuckey
    SG-Hamilton/ Stuckey/AA
    SF-Marion/ Moon
    PF-Maxiel/ Johnson/ Dyce
    C-Camby/ Johnson/ Dyce/ Samb

Only problem I have in getting rid of Tay and Billups, Defense. Joe D wants Defense. That's what I do not understand in going to the well with Phoenix or Denver. nope.

I like Calderon a lot, but I'm not sure that we will be very competitive dumping 3 starters, not just out of the starting rotation, but completely out of the lineup.

This is blowing up the team in a big way.

That said, we sure would be fun to watch. There is only one missing ingredient.

    Leadership.

What does your complete 15 man roster look like?

I like Hamilton's brand of leadership much more than Billups, Prince or Sheed- play hard all the time, no matter what. And I think that Stuckey will be a natural born leader. But in the end, the single most important person in the organization is Joe D, and as long as he is around and is actively promoting his principles, I see us being competetive. I think that the changes I recommended get us dialed back in to defense, get us more reliant on younger players, make us the strongest rebounding team in the league and get rid of the complacency that has brought us down. Blow it up Joe!

the key in that quote you had was they had a 1st round pick... we'd have to take a player that was enough of a salary to make the deal work but the thing we would be trading for would be the draft pick. Joe would do the trade if he thought it was a draft slot that would have a player worth going after. much prefer getting chicago's draft pick though lol

Biedrins is a soft, spidery, and overrated rebounding power forward who plays center for a team that runs a system inflating the stats of its players.

I'm from Toronto and I'm positive that Colangelo will not give up Calderon. The other PG would be Ford, but he has an ego problem and he feels that he should be a starter.

Jose and Jamario to Detroit would be awesome

Hey Smooth, I just got back from visiting Toronto. Loved it! My friends and I stayed downtown on King Street and hung out across the street at Jo Momma's and Gretzky's restaurant. Great city. I really enjoyed being there. Many interesting people strolling around at all hours of the night.

What about a sign and trade with Golden State. Sheed and 2008 1st & 2nd round pick for Andris Biedrins & Mickael Pietrus & 2008 1st round pick #14. We then draft Joe Alexander, Kosta Koufos or Darrell Arthur. Or this I hear the Timberwolves want to move #31 & 33 pick for a first round pick. Want about pick #14 for #31, #33 & Rashad McCants.

    Billups/Stuckey
    Rip/McCants/Afflalo
    Prince/Pietrus
    Max/Johnson
    Biedrins/Dice/Samb

Draft Ryan Anderson at #31 & Gary Forbes at #33

    Stop thinking small

    RealGM: Trade Checker

PG Stuckey/Rook??? (Ty Lawson)/Vet FA? Arroyo???
    SG Rip/Afflalo/Magette
    SF Tay/Maggette
    PF Brand/Max/Amir
    C Dyess/Samb/FreeAgent MLE???/Rook (Hardin???)

Now we've got 4 guys to hassle the hell out of LBJ/Pierce in Maggette/Tay/Rip/AA, and some guys to deal with Rose @ Chicago Lawson/Stuckey/Afflalo.

I'm still convinced Amir can handle a lot of the bigs in the league, and if not we know Dyess can.

I did the CN Tower. It was close by. I did not see this woman, however. Damn! Gotta be a doctored picture.
