I hope if Darko goes to Philly, those Sixers fans don't harm is fragile psyche, cheering things like, "Darko, Darko" to compel the coach to get him into the game. That can be rough. Probably won't be a problem as I expect Darko to start every game, start the All-Star game and single-handidly lead Philly to the ECF. Looking further into Darko's future, he will win over the Philly fans, running through the streets in an orange-striped sweatsuit with legions of Sixers fans following him. Eventually, city leaders will bronze a statue of Darko (next to that other guy) and Darko will run up those steps but will have trouble making it because of his cigarette habit. Darko has a bright future ahead of him. Go ahead, BK, pull the trigga.
From what I've heard Billy King is bending over backwards for Darko....he even said he could smoke during the timeouts.

Darko averaged 8 points and 5 boards last year and he still didn't make it to the AllStar game....what more can the guy do.
Wrong, bills. I do believe Darko qualified for the Potential Upside All-Star Classic for Misunderstood Future Superstars. He scored 8 pts. and grabbed 5 boards.
Yes its the end result of it all. They could have tried to dump some salary during the season or extended him last summer. And I find it hard to believe that they could not have worked out a S&T right from the start if they were willing to throw in a 1st round pick. Everyone likes 1st round picks. Even if they could have worked something out now it sounded like they already burned that bridge last week with Darko's agents comments.
^ Exactly. This is actually a great signing for Mem. Darko will fit in well with that team. He can run the floor, and play the post defense Gasal lacks. I'm excited to see this. I can't help it. I still root for Darko.
I expect Pau to double his points as well as rebounds....expect a lot of off the glass assists from Darko.
