Here is one bleak ray of hope. I remember facing the Cavs (I forgot what year) but in Game 2 they came back in the 4th quarter to shorten up the blowout. We ended up winning the game but they cut the lead down a lot. When we went back to Cleveland they ended up winning both Games 3 and 4 despite the Pistons dominance in the first game and 3/4 quarters in Game 2.
Not the last couple years when corporate take-over has killed the atmosphere IMO. But that joint was rockin' just a few years ago as loud as any building. YouTube - Tayshaun Prince blossoming
i'll be at the Palace and personally attempting to make it a good crowd. i've been to nearly every home playoff game the last 4 years and the crowds DO show up for playoffs...especially with all the $12 tickets they were selling, i'm hoping it is sold out and raucous. obviously i'll give you guys a hogcap after the game.
If Tom Wilson gives you a peptalk, take advantage of the situation, record it with your phone, and ask him flat out WILL YOU FIRE CURRY?
Yeah thats what I am saying. Now the Cavs are the powerhouse. If we take the momentum of the 4th quarter and somehow use it to win Games 3 and 4 things could get interesting. In that series the Cavs lost in Game 7 I think. If we got in that situation the one advantage we would have is experience. But I think our pride is wounded and no miracle comeback will occur. We'll see on Friday.
Maybe this is why the starters are quitting early. "I learned a lot in Detroit and I hope that the players learned something from me in my time there," Saunders said. "There was always one message from Joe and that message was that if you didn't win a championship, we always considered that as a failure. I'm disappointed that we didn't win a championship ... but I don't consider getting to the conference finals three years in a row as being a negative. If it was easy, a lot of people would do it. You never apprecaite something until it's gone. But, in the long run, this is what both parties needed.
We kicked butt in round 1 with Chauncey too. If they crap out in game 6 of the WCF against the Lakers, we can all feel at ease again.
I've been watching. At first i felt like this; Now i feel a variation of these things; :suspiciou I think that covers it LOL
