It would be nice, but a 20-20 game from Sheed?? At 34 he probably could not exhibit enough energy for that task. Now he could probaby get one of them, but not both..
Remember when Sheed having a big game was one of the keys to winning in the later stages of the playoffs against the better teams? I think that still holds to some extent and later is now with the talent of the competition. Someone will have to come up big.
I'm still wary. He was a defensive turn style, and being guarded by Pau Gasol. In fact, the last few minutes of that game was an exercise in who's defense can suck more; lay-up after lay-up on both sides. If he wasn't so inconsistent and injury prone then maybe, but i still like Milsap better.
I like Milsap too, but he is comfortable there and the Jazz will offer him a longer contract due to his youth and it still will be less than what they will have to give Boozer. With all of the potential of our current youth in Max and Amir, >>>Boozer at 27 years old is still an upgrade over them.
If the price is right, then yes definitely. If he's looking for near max or max, i'm keeping my fingers crossed we don't touch him.
Wish Pistons to get a win. Live game will be available on TV over here to-morrow morning our time and I'll be right there to watch this could be last live Pistons game on tv of the season. Certainly will turn the sounds off and stay in front of the screen untill the last second for I'm well prepared if we're going to be embarrassed.
This game will be 'live' over here. Either I watch it on live streaming and chat with you fellas or on 'live' TV. Streaming means small screen and not so clear picture and 'live' TV means 5 minutes behind you fellas. Well, if I watched it on 'live' TV, i'll probably join chat during halftime. Anyway i'll make the decision when I wake up. If we win this game, we will have a little bit of hope. If we lose this, i'll think we will lose this series without going back to Ohio.
well, i don't know what to make of this. one of my friends from work who hasn't renewed her season tickets yet got a call from her pistons ticket person...they gave her free lower bowl tickets to the games friday and sunday...one of which was in a center court section. so...that might mean they are really trying to entice her to renew, or it might mean they want a sold-out Palace and are having trouble selling out all of their tickets. i hope it's more of the first one and not the second.
Has to be a combination of both right. They would not give them away unless it was not sold-out. Not that they are giving them away as eating the cost of one game for a few thousand next year is good business. Should be fun next year as they are finally starting to swing things back to the regular fan. Back in 01-02 they kept ticket prices the same as during the reg season for both rounds. The fans that are there will be loud as long as the Pistons give them something to cheer about. Fall behind by double digits in the 1st Q again and I don't know.
If I see people throwing confetti in the air in the Palace when LeBron does his chalk thing, I am going to puke.
I think the final straw will be when Mason tries to fire up the Cavs fans in the 4th quarter. Pistons offer tickets to Cavs season-ticket holders | Freep.com | Detroit Free Press
