Lidstrom would have had to have been on the ice when his team scored 7 or their 11 goals, AND, he could not have been on the ice when the other team scored ANY of their 10 goals.

    Yes, He good!

No, he could've been on while his team scored 8 and the teams 1, 9and 2 etc. Maybe ?

You are correct. Also, plus/minus numbers don't include power-play goals...only even strength and short-handed goals....although there typically aren't many penalties called in the All-Star game.

[STRIKE]I HATE Lidstrom, because of YOU, Woody.

On a friggin Sunday of the fantasy playoffs about two years ago he scored a rare power play assist to let you knock me out of the playoffs. I think you went on to win it.

But it should have been MINE. MINE MINE MINE you senile old Billy Goat from hades!!! MiNE, do you Hear? MINE MINE MIIIIIIIIIIINE!!!![/STRIKE]

Yeah, he helped you win your fantasy hockey title. I love the guy and congratulations once again.

Well Wings had been playing super til last couple of nights. Sharks took a toughy, then Stars blew them off the ice.
Good to see Bhawks clinging to the 8th seed.

I haven't been keeping up with Red Wings current events, but how long is Jimmy Howard supposed be out?

After his replacements gave up 10 goals at home last night to a team that is not even going to make the playoffs,(Blues) I might be a tad worried, that the Wings could be knocked out in the first round whether they are 2nd, 3rd or 4th seed.

I heard the crowd at the Joe has even booed their performances as of late

One guy gave up 5 then the next guy gave up 5.

The Wings have lost 5 of their last 6....not good momentum with only 5 games left before the playoffs...

Maybe we can get Roscoe back, too. Does hockey reach Kamloops? :)

Jammer, Darth, and the rest of the gang, where are you???

Okay, Woody. It looks like Dre is in for fantasy hockey next year. Anyone that posts in this thread or was born in Cannuckia is in.

    Good!

We need all the pigeons we can recruit.

Rexrat, Super, Webz, Laimbier(oops, that's you), your son, Mogilny, etc., etc.

We have to overcome Dath and all his "tatering". Maybe we need another recruit from Idaho, like Coynejeremy (?), to ride herd on Tater.

Obviously, we need to manage this league. We need a GM like Russ Thomas, or Matt Millen. Someone with a high level or incompetence. Darth has set the bar very low (maybe Marty ?), so we should be able to find someone of his ilk.

I can't believe Lidstrom was playing professional hockey before I got my driver's license. Before cell phones, before the internet took off, before french rolled jeans went out of style...

And he's never missed the playoffs. Solid.
