LOL. The Red Wings didn't tank. Any series that close is basically a coin toss.
they let the crossbar, stolen puck and rookie mistakes job them. Ah not to mention blowing a 2 game lead ! one break my tail end
You're right. It was a blowout. The Red Wings never had a chance.
Beer you apologize for all of our sport teams.
Grand Rapids kids are 1 win away from the Calder Cup. Wings future looks bright.
Griffins lose back-to-back home games in the finals and series now shifts back to Syracuse with Grand Rapids still one win away from the cup.

Did you know that guy started Facebook as all this was going on? Unbelievable story. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Griffins win the Calder Cup. Expect several players in Detroit next season.
Congrats to the Chicago BlackHawks with an amazing win last night for the Stanley Cup!! Too bad its a damn shame that 90% of the black folk in Chicago dont even know they HAVE a hockey team!
Begrudgingly agree. Pres Cup and Stanly, no problems. Wings TANKED ! Bruins melted down in 3rd.
Scotty Bowman strikes again...
What was more impressive, Blackhawks coming back from down 3-1 and beating the Red Wings, or scoring the tying and Cup clinching goals 17 seconds apart with only minute left in the game. They toyed with Red Wings for seven games before taking the series it in the end and then toyed with Bruins for 59 minutes of game six before taking the Cup. The favored and best team during the season came back to win like they were supposed to....just like Heat
Either way, Hawks or Bruins - stoked that an Org-6 team won and not someone like the Carolinaheim Bluepreditors.
Disagree Ball, any city that can get there can take it. WINGS GOT BLOWN OFF ICE 3 GAMES IN A ROW. Bhawks bad dudes.
Like I said Black Hawks toyed with Wings spotting them a 3 -1 lead before restoring order.
You contradict yourself and you truly don't understand hockey. Game 6 was a 1-point decision that was tied after 2 periods. Game 7 went overtime. These are not blowouts.
That's right Beer, but you miss the big picture.
Wings had a lead after 2 in game 6, but it doesn't change the context. Chicago got a fortunate bounce, that's what decided that series.
...Yup. HERE'S the big picture: 11 Stanley Cups 5 Stanley Cups
