Lord help me. I agree with a clown fish!
Got home from the airport just in time see Bonino score the winning goal. ...missed all of tonight's games being at airports and being on planes. Wings lose, Tigers lose, Bulls lose....but at least the Warriors hold on. Hopefully this a seven game series and Abdelkader's return turns the tide in favor of a Wings first round win...
ZETTERBERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!! GAME 7!!!
All three Red Wing wins have been in OT.....one loss in OT too. Will they need to go into OT to win this one on Sunday?
Wings win game 7 Score 6-1.........DOMINATE !!! Go Wings !!!
Well overtime win or blown out. These guys can't be satisfied with just a game 7. Must win. Never under estimate the heart of a Champion ! is this group a Champ ?
Is this a must-win game? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Nah...the Ducks have a game in hand.
I don't get it.
Less than 5 minutes to go...Wings up 3-1....look for the Ducks to go heavy aggressive here...GO Wings!!
Those silly delay of game into the stands penalties are a killer......
Wings survive a final three minute frenzy and knock off the 2 seeded Ducks to advance to the next round....Guess they have now figure out a way to do the same to the Blackhawks....one game at a time!
Woohoo! Anything can happen in the NHL.
Release the Kraken........
Aldelkader with a short-handed goal. Howard stopped 31. * I think I could be happy with a 6 game series. Since we didn't beat the BHawks all year. Great for the shops as they could rake in another $million.
Good call. What are the chances we beat Chicago?
SLIM AND NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAWKS IN A SWEEP!! (i cant stop NOW!...........)
HOW many of yall are growing beards?? I believe its time to kick the tradition in high gear in honor of THE ORIGINAL SIX battles with our I-94 brethren!!! I had to shave Friday for Mother's Day but now I am home free for the summer!!! This is the last time Wings and Hawks will ever meet in playoffs unless it for the Battle of Le Cup of Lord Stanley. WHY I LOVE HOCKEY: 1. GAME 7'S HAVE NO PEER IN ALL OF SPORTS 2. THE TRADITIONAL POSTGAME SHAKE 3. DONT TOUCH THE CONFERENCE TROPHY 4. GROWING OF THE BEARD 5. NO BETTER LAST TWO MINUTES IN SPORTS 6. GUYS LIKE NUMBER 40- THE HANK!!!! 7. WEARING THE 'C' IN HOCKEY MEANS SOMETHING 8. NO TIME OUTS UNTIL END OF GAMES 9. THE JERSEYS 10.THE HANDOFF OF THE CUP BY THE CAPTAIN CLASSY COMMENTS AND INTERVIEWS... like our 'A' Nik Kromwall after the game on FSD last night. I get FSD-Detroit on my ATnT U-Verse but I only see the replays of games, not LIVE. So after I went to fix an outage at 2:30AM, I was able to come home and watch the game at 4AM!!!!! (I'm off today)....So as Nik was being interviewed by Keating he says at the end "And We want to thank YOU guys..I hear its your last game (Fox Sports last game-all games will be on NBC Sports)Thanks to you guys and all the fans back home. We NEED you guys....."( Even The HANK thanked the fans back home!!!) Yes, it did piss me off that the NHL would schedule a Game 7 at 10PM at night for its greatest fan base in the league on a Sunday night-Mothers Day-knowing Detroit fans have to go to work the next morning!!!!!!!!!!! Thank U WINGS for slapping Bettman in the face with a gutsy performance. And the Wing Fans in the crowd were AWESOME!!...NO one has a better out of state fan base than we do!! I have to add this. Growing up a 'poor black child' in Detroit and having the blessing of diversity to love Hockey and my Red Wings has been one of the joys of my life. I really feel sorry for people who only knows what they know 'inside' their race or culture. Growing up on CKLW, CBC, WJR, WCHB, WJLB, WRIF , WDRQ and WGPR has made me the man I am today. I cant remember the last time that we've been the underdogs (7th or 8th seed) but it feels good to have the shoe on the other foot this time! Blackhawks in 5..(sorry- i had to......cant jinx us now!!.......ah, tradition)
