Old is gold.
I agree with Roscoe!
We need a Vladislav Tretiak kind of effort from the goaltender tonight. These guys will outshoot us and probably outhustle us to finish this in five. Our goalie must not let them score............They do NOT want this back in Detroit...
Wings up 4-3 with 4 minutes left in the game... Sharks on the Power Play...
He said "old". He did NOT say "ancient". By the way, nice goatee, Woody.
Ok can you say 3-2, with momentaum on the Wings side?? 39 saves by Howard and once again we needed 4 goals to win this one..
After the 1st period, our Wings just worked harder than SJ did yesterday. ...Simple as that. Some great video for Babcock to show his guys in the film room to prep for game 6.
Wasn't it last year we gave up the last game 6-0 ? If we can avoid that. ---------------- SKAKING MADLY BACKWARDS !!!
Stevie Y's Nings are cruising. "skating"
We need a prediction here... 4-1 victory for.....
I'm backin' linwood!
yep 4 goals is the key to Wing victory...just have to make sure that the Sharks don't score 5...
Madano needs to man-up, is he gets a shift.
If he's dressed, he's playing. Actually, he is on the first line with Datsyuk and Holmstrom.
That second period wore me out...I need to take a shower before they start the third period. How many near misses that Red Wings have??? 32 shots on goal!!!! If this one goes into OT, I see a Shark win..
Elimination games are always nerve-wracking. Joe Louis is rocking after two straight Wings goals. Go clock!!
Wings win 4-1...
In our hearts it should have been 14-1 based on how many near misses the Wings had, but 3-1 was the final score as they scored an empty netter with a little over a minute left. Jimmy Howard 5-1 in elimation games... .....now I can take a shower
History states that 3 teams have come back completely from 3-0 deficits in hockey. However 4 teams have come back to tie at 3-3 after being down 3-0, only to lose game 7... I like those odds...with this team...
