Nice post...I guess one can hope.
Ping pong balls don't lie.
They're filling those Laker ping pong balls with Sulfur Hexafluoride even as we speak.
If the Lakers win the lottery, that'll be just as controversial as New Orleans winning it the year it was owned by the NBA.
I think Orlando is going to win it, but I have high expectations about getting the 3rd pick or at least staying at the 7th or 8th spot.
I'll be impressed if the team actually pulls of the tanking maneuver and keeps the pick. Without any major injuries this year, it is truly pathetic... but it would be such a shame to give away the pick in the strongest draft in years.
Lot of intrigue tonite on the opposite end of the NBA scale.
Pistons have to lose and Sac has to win so we can improve out pick.
Sac is at home playing the Lakers who also need a lose to stay behind Boston.
Sac/LA is going to be about who wants the lose more . I give the edge to LA since they are on the road and will also want to protect their pick from
their old rival the Celtics. May want to tune into this one to see who gives their best impression of the Washington Generals.
Kings are not playing Lakers. They're playing Phoenix. Also a meaningless game, so the hometown team might have the edge.
What if the new GM blows this thing up and we suck even more next season? That pick is only top 1 protected.
No team with Dre can lose more games.
I think its top 3 next year and then no protection in the final year.
We'll all be looking back at this thread next year with a smile on our faces saying "remember what we said about this time last year?" as we enjoy the Pistons cruise into the 2015 playoffs as the #2 seed.
Not that far out of the realm of possibility. If we get a good draft pick and a good coach, we could be fine.
There are teams out there that would love to have Smith/Monroe/Drummond. Think of what Popovich could do if he were handed the reins.
Says here its top 1.
NBA Future Drafts Detailed - RealGM
Yea, top 1 next year and unprotected in 2016.
Well, we did our part, losing to OKC, now we need the Kings to beat the Suns AAAAND the coin flip in our favor.
The PHX vs SAC game is tied at 47 points at the half.
No Dragic, No Cousins.
It's fan appreciation night.... the Kings just celebrated Mitch Richmond being the first King ever voted the HOF at center court during halftime...the Kings will prevail for the fans. Rudy Gay has a sore back...so we will see................
Boy Mitch Richmond's wife is fine.....
LOL ! Yes she is.
Kings 74 - 71 Suns ... end of the 3rd.
