We know he's a clown, but he's already been ejected on live television and laughed at by his players.

You really didn't have to rub it in like that.

Actually the message in your post was that Matt Leinhart got caught laughing while losing a game and was quickly sent out of town. That was an outright lie. Even if you messed up the name of the person laughing you lied about him being removed from town as he finished the year with Arizona.

They don't have much of a choice other than to spin it this way, really, but only an idiot would believe them; the odds against it are astronomically low, regardless of the explanations. Prince and McGrady didn't look too ill to me when they were sitting in their seats laughing. Wilcox overslept? Sure. Daye and Stuckey missed the bus because the time was moved up? Plausible, I suppose, if the rest of the team hadn't missed it as well. The statements are just possible enough to make you think it's possible... but no storm is that perfect.

I'm tired of your attitude and you just joined today. You've obviously not read our community guidelines, and you don't seem to have any interest in contributing anything useful or positive.

    Adios.

Odd because I've already contributed by correcting something that was wrong.

Somebody picked a bad day to be a 'correction specialist'.

Here's a hug for the rest of you.

    We'll be alright.....I hope. :nopompom:

Poor Weezers reason for missing the practice makes me believe he really might have overslept. Who would be stupid (or clever) enough to pick oversleeping as excuse when you are lying anyway and can make up anything?

I think the excuses are being assigned by the team actually.

    That's just not as funny.

I refuse to believe you on those grounds....and those grounds alone. :yellowprison:

Sending nasty PMs and making accusations is always a bad day at PF.com. I don't like being heavy, but one of the conditions of running this site, is that it runs my way, and my way, is be nice to each other. People shouldn't sign up if they don't like my way of doing things.

I will keep the lights on even if there are only two of us left to talk about bball, rather than increase membership and allow antisocial attitudes in the community.

Just so everyone understands where I am coming from.

    Yup.

Can we change that guys name to RIP? It may be a sort of therapy to those of us who have been insulted by both's childish behavior. that way every time I see [STRIKE]RIP[/STRIKE] Banned - sent to NBDL, I can enjoy a nice smile.

Thank you. I always get those 2 confused. You should see my Halloween costumes.

There is a lot of activity around here lately and I am way out of sorts. I am more winded than Charlie V was last night!

If Joe ran the Piston the way 'Scoe runs this place we'd be much better off.

Yeah, like "The dog ate my directions to the practice facility" or something clever like that. Dumards is really good at coming up with excuses. But I guess he couldn't go to him for help on that one, huh? :cold:

I think the Pistons should come out and say everyone was at the shoot around but they were all at different ends of the court and didn't see one another. The coaches are all older guys and the players were super focused on the game.

Everything is fine and this never happened. Rip didn't like the buffet at lunch and complained. It was all blown out of proportion.

I think, at this point, coach Kuester should send the head of security to talk to these guys and ask them if they want to play tonight.

I just read something that said Ben Wallace's brother had died.

It also said Dumars plans to make an announcement on Kuester tonight saying that he wont be fired.

Mcgrady, Prince, and Hamilton out tonight.

This is as plausable as anything I've read...now that many stories are being twisted around by the team, and the press. I mean, this wouldn't surprise me.

I am tardy for the party" here in making a comment on this story as I only watched the game about 3 hours ago but did not open up the PF to read my fellow forumites comments until an hour ago. Must be a cold day in the midwest to have 118 posts on an incident that happen less than 24 hours ago and a video that has gone viral with over 56,000 you tube hits in the same time frame.

By the way the FS cameras did not pick up the players laughing on the bench...only the comcast camera crew.

I am not ready to throw the players under the bus for laughing on the bench, because we don't know what they were laughing about. Could have been something a fan said, or could have been some funny looking Will Bynum look-a- like that walked by or maybe somebody passed gas at the same time.....:)

We can't expect players to wipe their eyes and cry when their coach gets tossed...if someone says something funny, somebody's gonna laugh.

As far as the players staging a walkout or protest, sounds like a good idea in principle, but not sure if it really happen or not. Sounds like now the players were ill and others were told there was a different time frame.

If this was a staged walkout, then probably none of them would have made it to the pregame workout.

Still IMO the real issue is Rip not playing and he is the "cancer" that is fostering discontent. This is a Joe and Kuester problem and Joe could have got rid of one or both of them a long time ago if he weren't saddled with Mrs. Davidson indecisions. Wished that Q would step down, but looks like we may as well institute the unofficial Taynking and get these last 22 games completed and start cleaning house.

I am thinking the new owner starts at the top with Joe and the whole coaching staff and starts over for 2011-12 season.
