Some good points..I'd be on board with drafting a taller guy as long as he was severely underweight.
Sry Joe D, but Darko was your once-your-liftime chance. Smoking serbians ( Human victory Cigars) don't grow on trees.
It is important to keep an open mind during the draft process. It's been a while since they've got me hyped for an unusually tall foreigner who started playing ball last week.
Yep...the only stipulation I would put on that is he must perform well by himself in a private workout.
Are there any coaches available in this year's draft?
another rookie coach??
With Curry returning there's no need to draft a position...just go for most talented.
Position is the LEAST of MC's worries.
With a roster makeover and some crafty drafting; MC should be able to field a starting lineup consisting of all Small Forwards. (i.e. "medium ball")
On second thought...might as well draft another tall project guy...BJ Mullens fills the bill. Too bad there's no one to coach him. Joe would have to send him to Europe until Curry's contract expires.
Great point! We should fill the team with players that can play EVERY position or perhaps draft a PG/C or a PF/SG.
Co-sign. Winning blows. ;)
Maybe Curry will outline his plan for next season so we can have a feel what his intentions are for the next draft.
This may be the all time most consistently funny thread.
Anyway, take the most talented player available - this team has more holes than swiss cheese.
This team IS a hole.
