I'd like to take a run at Rondo. With the Rivers to Clips deal in place the Celtics should now be in full rebuild mode. I'm not too worried about his injury, he is still young and a risk worth taking. He could be the piece to lure other players to Detroit because he is a winner and everyone loves to play with an elite PG.

Knight and #8 might be a good proposition. Of course we'd give them Stuckey but not expecting miracles. It would have to be Knight.

Rondo has 2 years and 25 mil left on his current contract. Imagine pairing him with Drummond. *foams*

Because this team lacks shooters we may end up passing on a guy that may end up being the best player in the draft. MCW is the best pure PG in the draft but his poor shooting is a big Red Flag.....however if this kid develops a jumpshot.........WOW!

He shot poorly over the course of the NCAA season, but I'll gamble on the kid developing his shot in the NBA over the next 2 years, especially if we keep Calderon. His ceiling is just too high to pass up:

Color me intrigued. He looks like he's playing on a 8' rim.

It's just that his shooting percentages were terrible this year, but that much size, athleticism and potential is tough to pass up.

Shooting in the 20's percentage wise from the college 3-point line is very Stuckey-like.

His shot didn't develop terribly well.

I read something about MCW that he was a great shooter a few years back, then his body grew up, he got taller, and he didn't adjust his shot (YET) ... I think he will develop a jumpshot.

That being said.. I agree with taking Burke first, MCW later.

No kidding. The Pistons will not draft a PG and if they did (shades of SA), then it should be Schroeder, but then, we are not SA.
