Durant is either a better actor or just genuinely happy and into it. James is like that guy who couldn't make it past regional theatre and is now fading and fat and doing Lear in a big barn while the audience eats fried chicken and picks their teeth.

I did threw up. How I hate this guy. He over reacts. Look at his face when he made the 3. If he was my son, I would have smack him for all this. I hope the Bulls win the Atlanta series. I feel like the Bulls can beat them. Heat matching up with Bulls will be a lot tougher than the Hawks.

I thought the best part of the post game celebration was Wade having to be carried to it like he’d been shot because he was worried that LBJ was getting too much attention.

Wade and James celebrated their finest hour with Stuckey tributes. That's why this guy is worth his own staff.

The blame needs to go to Danny Ainge for having faith in over the hill Shaq and trading Perkins and Nate away....one of the worst non Joe Dumars moves ever.

I don't think the Celtics would have won with a healthy Shaq let alone a broken down one. The last time he played is when limped off in Feb with some fake injury vs the Pistons.

Meanwhile Perkins started slow, but has now has been able to help slow down Zach and Gasol and the third round is in sight..

As far as the LBJ-Wade post game cheeranigans, just wait to see what happens if they win the whole darn thing. All the naysayers said that the Heat WOULD NOT get by the Celtics this year, so 2.5 amigos proved them wrong and to them, that was their semi championship as they probably think with no Lakers or Spurs to face the door is half open to the trophy.

    It really sucks being wrong...

Now that I'm 2-2...I find myself unable to pick a winner in the ECF series since I hate the Heat so much....:gun1:

LBJ could have played with D Rose. Interesting matchup here. I have to go with Chicago.

Except Rose refused to recruit him... which is great. Rose is probably the best building block in the NBA right now. Chicago will be good for a very long time (unfortunately for us).

However, of all the Bulls teams that have been assembled since I moved to Chicago, this one is the most likable to me.

Thibideau = Brown (preached defense above all else)

Rose = Billups (likable, unselfish leaders who score + support the coach)
Deng = Prince (defensive glue guys with length and good tudes)
Boozer = Sheed (offensive forces with strength and attitude)
Noah = Big Ben (defensive specialists who guard paint + add energy)

The rest of the teams are pretty different, but I see 4 out of 5 of our key pieces. Instead of Hamilton, our leading scorer, the Bulls have Bogans, who is more of a Linsey Hunter type, but bigger. The Pistons' bench was much stronger as well, with Corliss, Okur, Campbell, and James.

I definitely give the edge to our '04 squad, but I'm seeing enough similarities that I'm rooting for the Bulls big time throughout the rest of this post season. Also a big ABM fan.

The Bulls are a more balanced team than the Heat. Unlike the Celtics, their bigs are younger and scrappier. The Heat wouldn't have gotten past the Celtics if Rondo wasn't hurt.

I don't think they'll be able to stop Rose.

The only thing this team is really missing is a scoring SG, and if I am understanding things right.... the story was, after we traded Rip to Cleveland. Cleveland was going to buy him out and Chicago wanted to bring him in. So the one starter you don't have listed.... would be replaced with himself :P

Interesting matchup. Will Bogans and Deng (perhaps the best non-big defender in the league together with James and Igoudala?) be able to contain the big 2 enough? I'm taking the contrarian route here as usual - go Heat!

Gotta love stuff like this! :stirthepot:

True. Sheed was by far a better defender.

One thing to Boozers credit is that he stays in the paint when Rasheed would run to his [STRIKE]secret[/STRIKE] mistress...the three point line.
