I give the Cavs credit for their D (especially on Tay) but it almost seems as if the Pistons took their best punch and still got up. Where is this super-charged offense that Flip was supposed to bring in as coach? Glad Delfino did not come back in. He was a boy among men out there. Nice recovery by CWeb in the second half. Antonio, wakey, wakey. My favorite moment of the night: When Urkle Sr. screamed at Pavolvic for leaving CNote open on that 3. Seven turnovers for Billups tonight. What? Pistons really dodged a bullet tonight. Game ball goes to Sheed. 15 points, 12 boards and 7 blocks. The guy is locked in. If I had nine lives, I lost one tonight.

They're like the boyfriend you know you should leave, but just when you are about to tell him he seems to have a sixth sense and does something real sweet...like Games 1 and 2 against the Bulls. Then it's back to business as usual. More Neglect. Sigh. Congratulations Pistons on this win in your erratic march toward...a championship. I'm with you all the way. Got my chalk x's on the sidewalk, the whole apartment decorated in Pistons red, white and blue. Basketball cards danging from the ceiling, red white and blue M and M's. The works. Now give me a decent show. Try to live up to my faith in you and let's not do this caliber of game again. Your disinterest pains me, and is why you have very quiet fans in your own home. Go through the motions, only respecting La bron, but no one else and like he said, we won. it was not easy though. tay played very good defense on james, but was only 1-11 from the field. He has got to move to the paint if that outside Ji s not fallin. Did like his 8 assists though Sheed and Cb didn't show up until the 4th qtr, but thank goodness they did. Webber got a lot of flack in the chat room, but he did contribute in the 3rd qtr. Rip held us in there in the first half.

If Marshall would have hit that 3 and the Cavs somehow overcame in OT then so be it. I can deal with a clean loss. But he missed and the Pistons got it done down the stretch. Gutsy call by Flip sticking with Maxiel. Got the job done. I agree with you guys. Pistons played bad, Cavs played ok - great in the 1st half. Pistons still won. Not all games are going to be this slow paced and then again LBJ will get some of those calls.
