Glad we got rid of that locker room cancer when we could still get value for him.

You gotta admit that Chauncey's game has aged well.

21 points with 5 threes, including the do or die game winner. 3rd most rebounds in the game (counting both teams). Only 2 turnovers. +11 on the night. And he knocks off the defending champs without Chris Paul to get a W for the Clippers.

What could have been if JD would have played his cards right:

    Blalock/ Bynum/ Cleaves
    Billups/ T. White/ Summers
    Mejia/ Sharpe/ Washington
    R. White/ DJ White/ Villanueva
    Darko/ Glyniadykekiss/ Don Reid

Sadly, this monstrosity would still beat our current team if Billups was leading it.

By the way, is Dumars trying to set the record for most Whites drafted? He's 0-3 now.

Darko was big tonight in Los Angeles as the injury of CP3 finally caught up with Clippers and this time they were beaten at buzzer by an contested three by Klove.

The Dorkster was 10-15 for 22 pts and 7 boards before fouling out. The Clippers had a double digit lead in the third qtr was barely holding on to the lead until the Twolves tied it on a three pointer by Rubio with 20 seconds left. It was Clippers first home loss off the season and a game that they should have won, but hot shooter and hot headed Mo Williams got tossed with about 6 minutes left in the game protesting a foul called on him. At that point you knew that Billups could not hold this team together with Blake being manhandled by the Wolves bigs and Ryan Gomes shooting jumpers instead of driving to the hoop.

Clippers seem prime for a breakout season, but they can't defend the threee when needed and despite the presence of Griffin, Jordan and Reggie Evans, continually get beaten on the offensive glass. Griffin, Billups and Jordan had more turnovers than the entire Twolves team.

More frustrated with the Clipper loss than the Pistons....:crying:

Not having CP3 is kind of a big absence.

What a defensive draft to get Sally and Rodman. Can replicate 10% of that with our next draft?

Mike James looked pretty good last night playing for the Bulls on a 10 day contract. He played some good D on Rondo and had some nice assists.

More likely that Sheed made some bad real estate investments and it's time to bring home some bacon.

He clearly wanted nothing to do with the regular season. He's going to be so out of shape.
