You too. Even though I'm up 7-4 going into it, EVERY category is extremely close and could go either way. It should be a great finish.

I have not played fantasy baseball yet, but may get into it next year.... So did BillL have Justin Verlander? Not sure what stats count, but looks like JV will lead the majors this year in Wins, winning %, Innings Pitched, Strikeouts and will finish 3rd on ERA (first in the AL)
Yep. Bill bragged all season about owning Verlander. Wins, losses, complete games, strikeout, ERA, WhIP (Walks and Hits per inning), Saves.
In the 5th round (42 overall pick), I drafted Verlander. You talk about highway robbery.... If I remember correctly, I was at or near the bottom of the standings in the early months of the season. Slowly, I climbed. Could the same thing happen in fantasy football? Did anyone think the Lions would ever win their first 3 games? Does Drath cross-dress? Too bad the schedule-maker didn't have me playing Nemo's team every week....
Thanks for the congrats, Jammer and Drath. It was a fun year. Drath had by far the best season, but the fantasy gods were just not lucky for him in an all-important week (the playoffs). Several teams could easily have pulled out the championship, including yours Jammer as well as Juniors. With 2 of the past 3 baseball titles, I now need to figure out how I can turn that to success in football. :nerd2: Thanks again, Drath for being the evil commissioner.
