Fantasy Baseball 2012 - Season discussion and trash talk

I've got Jammer now, then Baseball time, Laimbeer, Sandwich, and then JR.........

After this week...I get the last place brigade of Baseball Time and Laimbeer.
Sandwich will lose to me because he's not involved in trash talk.
JR will probably take me down.............

What is up with this site ? I lost Swisher on Monday to a hamstring but can't replace him til next week.
First Chipper says he's retired so I cut him. Then he says, oh I meant at the end of this year. So i bring him back. Then he blows out his knee the second game. He's not on DL, so I cut him again. Now he's back hitting homers for some one else.
Anyway I'll sure enjoy some Sandweeges this week.

My team will muddle along til I get my big 3 back. I expect them all back by June. Ryan Howard is taking batting practice now and the others are soon to follow. That's 33HRs, 100 runs scored, 105 RBIs, and a .390 OBP per player returning soon. I'll have them all back playing well...just in time to crush Darth........

2011 stats = 0 in 2012.

Really can't wait to have at you again. Like a Thanksgiving feast...........for my team.......

Just noticed that my 3rd baseman is doing better than Miguel Cabrera...

M. C. ...16 runs, 7 HRs, 22 RBIs, along with a .284 BA and a .347 OBP....not bad, except this is Cabrera...

My guy...14 runs, 7 HRs, 26 RBIs, along with a .307 BA and a .369 OBP....David Freese.....

My team is bloody doomed.

I have either the 1st or 2nd ERA and WHIP in the league and I've got a losing record in those categories. Are you kidding me???

The last place team whose overall numbers for the season suck has been absolutely PULVERIZED by everyone this year. This week they are going to almost double their total wins for the season. Why? Take a look at their pitching and hitting numbers. Are you freaking kidding me? nemo would be holding his own, but I believe everyone else in the league would be having their arses handed to them on a platter.

Now realize, that since everyone else got fat off of this dude, and I will be road kill that means I'm not only losing about the approximately 9 games everyone else gained off him but I am also losing the approximately 9 games he is killing me by this week. That is 18 a bloody game turnaround!! Are you kidding me???

6 bloody weeks into the bloody fantasy season and my bloody season is bloody over!!!

Nothing wrong with sharing information. I've taken to statistical analysis to help me understand why my pitchers
don't do better. I've just decided to wait on these guys. I actually like my team the way it is and that my pitching
staff will enjoy some good fortune as their luck changes. Love my hitters........especially the three waiting to get back.

The bright side for you Darth is that you will still be ahead of him in the standings after this week.

I really do LOVE the players on my team. I would draft all of those guys again in a heartbeat. My pitchers couldn't be doing too much better. My hitters are up and down. I'm just blowing off steam, and frustration... and whining.

As for the guy crunching me...whoever he is, I really do wish him the best. He deserves some good fortune. He has been snake bit in his match ups. But why did he have to erupt THIS week? Why couldn't be against Laimbeer's M.A.S.H. unit someone else.

(But I know I'm history. I needed not only a win, but a BIG win this week to compete and remain a serious contender in the race. After I lick my wounds I will need to lower readjust my goals. I just wish there wasn't a consolation round. I always feel like it is a zombie bracket, lol).

ohh darth... it is way to early for anybody to actually be done. You just have to slide into the playoffs and anything can happen... :P
