Nemo, it's an honor to just to compete against your outstanding team. For each category I would be so fortunate to win, I would consider it a blessing.

Now is not the time to be humble Bill, although I understand your logic. It is time for even the longshots to make their move...as 1st place is within vision. That's why I am resting Hamilton this week, so he can be ready for the final stretch.............

Interesting stat so far in fantasy this week.

7 of 10 pitching staffs are over 4.00 ERA. One other is at 3.50.

My group is over 4.50. Luckily, my opponent's pitchers have been sympathetic... :)

I'm currently "winning" my ERA match-up with Roscoe with a 5.08 mark.

We're actually both having a really crappy stats week across the board. It looks like I'm up huge against him with a 10-1 score, but every single category is incredibly close. A single at-bat or inning pitched could completely change the score.

My hitters went 1 for 21 yesterday.......to help throw my team into the depths of Darthville.
My opponent had a decent day yesterday to go up 8-1 for the week. Got 3 days left to make a move.........I hope. :)

Just checked my team. Down 11-0. Nobody on the roster is producing anything this week.
I may have trouble coming back this time against Bill.................:)

Nice to follow up my 1 for 21 day with a 3 for 26 day.......
Chris Sale basically rested this week, instead of his 2 starts.
Kuroda pitches a one run game but his yankees lose 1 to 0......
3 blown saves in a row this week by my bull pen.

I think I'll get on my horse and go for a ride........................................:)

That's not true. Peirzynski is producing for you....4 HR in the last week. He is on your roster.

Both Pierzynski and Hamilton had been hitting under .200 the last 3 weeks so they got the week off..............
    For 6 days, they've combined for 10 runs, 5 HRs, and 16 RBIs..........and a .280 batting average........
Nice of you to notice Bill. :)

I woke up to see Bill Laimbeer in 1st place........:cold:

He's ahead of me by 8 games............

All this probably had something to do with my just losing to him 9-1............:boink:

You had really good numbers Bill. Nice victory........congrats on being the first to win 100.........:)

My team sucks, no doubt, but it seems very odd to me that I am "only" ten (10) games behind the first place team and yet I am in a distant ninth (9th) place. Ten games after 17 (?) weeks or so does not seem like very much, but it will likely keep me out of the playoffs.

Same old story. Poor management and the good luck fairy has not stopped by my club house. :-(

The fact that only 10 games separate 9 teams this late in the season is amazing. It is cool that all 10 managers are somewhat conscientious with their teams. Most leagues I have played include a few managers that give up at some point. You can easily say that this league championship is "up for grabs."

Only 4 more weeks after this one............I'll go against you just before the playoffs begin.
Looks like you're ready to make a move............:)

My team keeps beating itself. Disgraceful. Risk time? Time to start thinking about football.
