You did a great job Kimmee. And anyhow, you can still pass up Rascoe if Laimbeer would quit messing around against him this week...:wedgie::lol:

Everyone should have an invite. If you're returning, via email. If new, via PM. Let me know if not.

Draft will be snake occurring in last week of August most likely. Draft voting poll will appear soon.

Darth, right on. Harsh post, but I will not deny the lack of professional I took towards the fantasy baseball league. However, your post makes it sound like you know my circumstances and I ignored you. That is not true.

I'm ready to play fantasy football. Thanks for the spot.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. This is my first ever venture into the land of fantasy football, or any fantasy league for that matter. With 14 teams (at least 12) I'm just hoping for a top 3 finish. I know the guys with a lot of trophies next to their names have proven themselves good at [STRIKE]scamming[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]cheating[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]weasling[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]stealing[/STRIKE] this sort of thing. I just want to see if I have the skill to do well.

It is partially skill but I promise you lady luck is about half of it. Injuries are key. Also, especially in football, the match ups can determine a whole lot. Often, one lousy team (Bill Laimbeer's, for example) sneaks in and one really good team (me, of course) misses out.

In football, it seems to me, more than in other sports, getting one of the first picks is huge. A deep 14 team league in football is going to be extremely challenging.

If you have any questions, even ones that are extremely basic, like how the waiver and free agent system work, drafting scoring, please ask. I've said it before, but people here will make every effort to answer them.

I'm really looking forward to being in a league with you after pleading for years to get you to join.

Ah Motown, where have you been? I can put you down as an emergency as we already have 14 teams. If someone drops out you're in.

Should we have two leagues (Advanced, Novice) of 8 teams?

One league with two divisions maybe, but I want to compete against as many veterans as possible. :gun1:

If others vote going the other way...that's ok also...:)

We could just let Motown in and go with 14 teams.

To do this, we would have to kick one person out of the league, say Drath. We could just tell Drath that we decided to cancel our fantasy football league this year. Since he can't read, we could keep this thread open as planned.

Are co-managers allowed at yahoo? I'd be okay sharing a team with Mo if it gives Jammer and Darth more time to bond
